This company is keep calling a company that I work for which is a secure, non-for-profit company that servce people. By them calling and asking for different people to talk to so they are now in violation of HIPPAA.
They said it is a computer generated calling list and they are not selling anything and the do not call list does not pertian to them.

Received call on mobile number, Area Code is SW Wisconsin - no message, no answer, nothing...

Caller-id listed 608-237-3158 as "Back Pain Relief." Part of the problem is with the local and 800 number operating companies such as Verizon. (They) are allowing scammers and individual companies (legit and not) to list their names/companies as something other than who is on the billing statement. Hence, 'Back Pain Relief."

... pick up  the phone.. wait until they pickup... use your loudest whistle ..I mean LOUDEST.. I can assure you they will not call me back again...   do it all the time... sometimes I'm nice and I warn them not to call me again... better than the do not call list..

I do not know this number or where it is coming from  they call all the time no messages  i want this reported and blocked and stop be harrassed thank you

wished that was true. However, these folks call me at least once a day and have been now for over 4 months. I placed them on the do not call list, in addition to pressing 1 opting out having my number removed from their database and any other affiliation parties.  I even spoke to the person asking to be removed to no avail. The donot call list do not work. So what's the point in using it..... Though I use it anyway with hopes I have grounds to make these unwanted calls to stop.

They call my cell constantly.     If you have an Android based cell phone, download NQ Call Blocker.
I add these numbers to my "Black List".   Never bothered by them again.

i just changed my number because of these people and others like them. no one has my number yet.today my phone rang i said who can it be sure enough it was this number

This number just called my phone as I am at work, I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I have gotten a call from different numbers all week and they all don't leave a messae, I don't recognize the numbers so I don't answer. Washington, New York, Indiana,. Don't know anyone in any of those places.

Got a call from this number but no one spoke. I'm getting a lot of these calls over the last few days from different numbers. Is there something I can do about it?

Number 1-608-237-3158 calls repeatably and then hangs up when I answer. This is a business and it is rude.

3 calls on Monday 7/2/12 - 11:44 AM; 1.10PM and 2:52 PM - all to cell on the Do Not Call Registry (obviously a waste of effort to register)  - call window shows Madison WI, no message left.

WIth all the crap calls, I do not answer if I do not know or recognize - credible companies and individuals will leave message

Called multiple times and left no message.

Sorry, I have other issues to contend with right now.  Like being held in contempt of court.  It's dicey enough that even my fellow Democrats have the common sense to try and take me out.  Please, I urge you to go elsewhere.

Formerly an Acorn Operation now part of Obama Care.  Functionally a medicare fraud operation.  They have you give them your info they send you some aspirin and then ripoff your credit cad info.

**** BEWARE***      SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS.  Rec'd multiple calls from these morons who don't have the gonads, much less common courtesy, to leave a message.  That only confirms they are SCAMMERS trying to gain such valuable info on you such as that they called a valid number and the time of day that you may pick up the phone; all of which are valuable pieces of personal info likely to be sold or passed on to other SCAMMERS out there.  DO NOT pick up or return calls to numbers you do not know or did not call yourself.  Picking up the phone confirms they called a valid number.  Returning the call will indeed REMOVE you from the protections of the Do Not Call list law as you are only protected (if actually at all) from calls placed TO YOU and does not apply to calls YOU place to them.  Once you return their call or call them back; the Do Not Call protections are gone and the SCAMMERS are free to call you, pass on your number, etc all they want because YOU initiated the call, not them.  This is a VALUABLE point worth knowing about the Do Not Call list loophole.  Do yourself a favor and do not pickup or call any of these as*holes back, just let them write you off as a bad number and go on to the next unsuspecting number.  Kapeesh???
