My CallerID indicates some stinker from this phone number called my home phone at 3:31 PM CDT (18-Oct-2012) with the moniker "Wisconsin Call".  A blank message was lef with no content.  How unprofessional!.  Of course, if I were home and I saw this strange number on my display, I would not answer,  Yes, I'm on No Call List, but there are too many loopholes, and the DNC laws are dis-respected and not enforced.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Caller ID says LaCrosse, WI.
It's a recording about seniors getting some kind of free emergency medical thing.  Push 1 for info....NOT!

They called about ten minutes ago, I got same prerecorded message as others (medical alert system.)  

Usually I don't pick up for any unknown caller thanks to trusty talking CID, but this one slipped through as it is from the same area code as mine.  

Plonking this one into U-Verse Call Block now.

Have recieved several calls from this number, several times a day. Sometimes a couple hours apart. Have never answered, they never leave messages. Getting a little sick of this one.

Got calls from this number, picked up once. No one was there. Never leave messages and it says they are calling from LaCrosse WI.

Got a call from this number today. Answering machine picked up and they did not leave a message. Called back and they said the number I dialed is unavailable. In the info area where a name is assiciated with the phone number, it just says "LaCrosse WI".

Got a call in early July called back and got an option to push 3 to opt out of calls. Just got a call 5 min ago told the person that answered I am filing a complaint as I am on the no call list. The no call list is a joke

Complain to your State Attorney General's office. Indiana State Attorney General filed suit against this company in August, putting a restraining order on them to stop calling people in Indiana.  Indiana had over 600 complaints on this company.  Your state will listen if they get enough complaints, your complaint definity counts. This company stopped calling Indiana, but they are still calling the rest of the states and now starting to call Canada.  If every state puts a restraining order on them, they will have no one to call in the US.

The name of this company is Elite Information Solutions out of Casselberry, Florida, but the company is using a UPS store address in Orlando for their principal place of business.  Company owner is Michael Hilgar.  This company goes by several FAKE names.  Here are a few names that they are using:  Safeline Medical Alert, Senior Medical Benefits, Senior Medical Advisory, Senior Alert Line, and Senior Safeline.

Recorded message supposedly for free emergency call system for elderly to receive fast emergency medical care, supposedly from something they call "Senior Medical Advisory".  They ask to push key number 1 for info, or number 5 to remove number from calling list. I did neither, so expect I'll receive additional calls. Am contacting our Wisconsin Office on Aging to determine validity or whether it's a scam and reportable to Law Authorities.

Call this morning - no one there. Have been getting calls from all over the US - VERY ANNOYING!

Caller ID says "Out of Area" - did not answer the call, they left no message.

I also got a call from  608-433-9354. ID said  Wisconsin Call, but I didn't mind the call, Why, because I bought a Digitone Call Blocker. The first time they call, it rings my phone and the call comes through. I then block the number and the next time they call, my phone doesn't even ring and the blocker hangs up on them. You can even block entire area codes. I have it setup to block any incoming calls with the 855 area code. The blocker keeps track of all calls, good and bad ones. Then I like to check to see who got hung up on just for fun like I am now.

You need to buy one of these, you?ll like it.

I come out here to find out who is calling me.  Is the company name listed somewhere in your very very long comment?

Yes, that is a bogus excuse to bypass the don't call me rules.  Earlier this year, I had an insurance company call looking for my daughter.  They claimed she asked for information.   Well, my daughter moved out on her own many years ago.  They asked for her by her maiden name and she has been married for some time.  I asked my daughter about this and she said that she did not and has no need to be shopping for life insurance.

Bottom line - These companies are using this "someone asked for information" as a way to bypass the don't call rules.  File a complaint and explain that this company is using the tactic.

I also use *67 blocking on ALL outgoing telephone calls...landline and cellular.  I know, in some cases, because of ANI, *67 blocking will not work, but I use it for ALL outgoing telephone calls for the times that it will work.  I never know which outgoing telephone numbers *67 will work on and which outgoing telephone numbers *67 will not work on so I use *67 blocking on ALL outgoing telephone numbers.

Have had many calls from this number, no messages. dial it and get mailbox full.

Yup, got the same message! I feel sorry for how many Senoirs are going to get scammed into this one.

Got a call from this number tonight about1 hour ago on my home phone; about 3 minutes later they called my cell phone.  1 week ago they called in the early afternoon on home phone.  I was not able to answer any of the calls; they left no messages.  I called the number back; full mailbox I was told.

Got a call from this number this am. I spoke with an operator mike. He said that I have made an invaluable decision to save myself in case of an.emergency. I told him thanks but no thanks. He said i was making the wrong choice. I told him he was scamming me. He hung up then.

I got a call tonight from this number tonight and when I answered, they hung up!! Rude.

Received a call from this number, telling me I qualified for senior citizen medical alert.  (I am NOT a senior citizen, nor is anyone in my household.)  I stayed on the line, pushed 1 to speak to an operator.  Spoke with a Matthew who began to congratulate me for signing up with Safeline Medical Alerts.  I asked how they had my number, as I am on the no-call list - he replied that I must have clicked an option online to allow them to call.  I replied 'no', he continued with his line of bs about how someone in my household had given online permission.  I again stated 'no, I am on the no-call list, please remove me NOW.'  He said he was doing it as we spoke - we'll see.  Sounds like a bogus excuse for violating the no-call list to me, no one in my household has given ANY permissions to ANY ONE to contact us via telephone.

They call again, I WILL file a complaint.
