Received a call several times once from a "Melanie Ross"  then a "Mandy Ross".  I was trying to get more than the vague info she gave me.  When I called back "Christina" answered the phone who happens to sound JUST LIKE "Mandy".  Mandy was "on another line".  I told them that they had just called my boss and she stopped me there and said that she was only allowed to talk to the associate and no one else.  Needless to say the message was thrown away, until next time they call!  Number left is 608-396-3072

I received a call from a Courtney Allen, said she was referred to my boss and to have him call her back at 608-396-3072.  When I tried to get more infomation about what the call was regarding, she said it was a personal matter and could only speak to my boss. So I asked, could you at least tell me what company you are calling from, she said ARS.  She made it seem like it was a collection call.  My boss doesn't even want me to give him a message if the caller won't give me information on who they are or why they are calling.  So it's pointless to be rude to the assistant answering the phone, because we are just going to throw your message away.

Got a recruiting call from this firm. Nice lady, very informative. Thanks for the call.

They now use a new tel number.  Jeanelle Pearlman called me from 608-396-3072.  Guess the old number was too well known as a scam number.

Old sounding lady, said she was Wonda Woods, and asked me to return the call.  I did so, got "Jill" Wonda's "assistant", identified herself as a firm called ARS, Alternative Recruiting Services and that she was recruiting for Woodberry Financial Services.  I cannt believe they have folks return an unsolicted sales call!!

Got a message from missy at 5072580855. she sounded hot so i called her back and got a message indicating i could reach her at 6084883131. one call is enough. now maybe if it was pamela anderson...

Got a call for another person in the office from 608-488-3131. Wanted VM. When I told them that I take the msgs she said that she was refered by a client of hers named Brian Sabol and her name was Whitney Amundson. Told her that "he" was very busy and I might be able to answer the questions. She then told me that her client "Brian" wanted the questions to be answered by "him" only! "He" has no interest in calling her back!

Denise Harris called and said to call back as well.  Sounded like an old lady.  No calls back yet

Natalie Axelson told me it was urgent I call her back.  Very misleading for a headhunter.

Lisa Johnson called and was trying to recruit me to AXA, but I told her I wasn't interested and she thanked me and hung up.

The recruiter was representing AXA.  The person was initially nice, but when I said I was not interetested, she asked if she could ask me a "few" questions.  After question 12, I told her this was over.

Good company?- Yes
Professional- No- If there is no interest, they should not profile.

Spoke so fast that I would not call anyone back who spoke that fast.  It could only a scam.

Got the call this morning from a Tracy Woods from ARS.  Said that she was referred by a client.  Tried to get information out of them to pas onto one of my agents.  She wasn't very forthcoming.  This is one phone message I will not be passing on.

Just received a call from Macy Ambrose, looking for my boss & saying she has a "couple personal business questions to ask him".  Said my boss was referred by another & though she gave me a name of a person,  that is about all she would tell me.  Unless I know you or you are up front with me, you aren't going to get through to my boss - so, good luck, Macy, with getting a hold of him.

Got a call form Older sounding woman who left a Voice mail. Said she was Marcia Gunther and she had a client that she was calling for

I'm an assistant to a very successful financial services advisor and picked up a call from "Molly Ambrose, calling on behalf of a personal client matter" made no sense. She asked for my boss by his first and last name. She then tried to say someone who knew him referred her to him, saying a name he is not familiar with, and that is when I knew it wasn't legit. She gave the 608-488-3131 number and then extension 104. She tried hard to make it sound urgent and said her company was ARS. Looks like the number is based out of Wisconsin, which is over a thousand miles from our location. Trash.

I received a message from this number, I was a little hesitant to call but decided to go for it. I am sure glad I did. They referred me to a bd that has a great opportunity for me. Higher payouts, better benefits, and office is way closer to my house. I would give them 5 minutes of your time to see if they can help you at all.

"willow amundson" just called on behalf of a Brian Saebel. Wouldn't give any information when I "gatekept' for my boss who is a Financial Advisor. I called back the number asking for more info and was told, there was nothing for my boss to prepare for just a client who'd like to speak with him. I did find out that ARS was the company name and they work in B/D, insurance, etc. I asked if they were trying to recruit and she said "um, no".

Please tell Janell Perlman to stop calling our office.  We are not interested in the services of ARS.

A person named "Mackenzie Amery" left a vague message on my voice-mail stating that she was calling on behalf of a client, but not a mutual client. Phone number she left for me was 608-488-3131. Thanks to this site, I will not be returning her call. Yes, I work in the financial/insurance industry.

I received a message from Pearl Pratt.  She left no information.  

The only "clients" that I can think of who would use a headhunter employing this type of technique is one who operates that way themselves......I believe they're known in the industry as "boiler rooms".....

Just another "junk" call for a business owner that the receptionist has to deal with.

Just got a call from them today as well.   SCAM!!!   Not interested at all.

Wow.  "Legitimate" is not the term I would use.  Your company needs to leave me alone.  I have received multiple calls from this phone number over the last few weeks.  Legal action needs to be taken.
