I just received a phone call from this "dinner for two" company as well, I am from Canada and the only place i have gone in the states was to a Davids bridal.

Oh - and I went to David's Bridal too.  Ugh.  I knew there was a reason why I didn't buy my dress from them...what a crock.  As if there aren't enough things to stress you out about your wedding day...

I just got this call, but didn't answer and checked this site first.  Once I read the comments, I called the  number back and asked them to take me off their call list. They complied right away, so I suggest that others do the same so that they avoid future call-backs.

I just got a call today from this number and they left a hard to understand message  , hopefully it's the last one.

Had to call them and bi*** them out to be taken off the call list after they called me over and over for a week straight. Hopefully they won't call back because I'm planning on holding an airhorn into my phone so it'll make them think twice about calling.

I just got a call from this number.  I do not take calls from unknown numbers; they did not leave a message.  However, I am glad I read these comments.  I browsed David's Bridal's website so now I know who the culprit is.  Thanks, everyone!

I just got a call from them to and yes I went to Davids Bridal! I most defiantly will NOT be getting my dress there now!

I rarely get calls from numbers I don't have registered but this morning -at 9:20-  I missed a call from this number and I'm happy to read I shouldn't pick up if it happens again. I registered for an appointment at David's Bridal two weeks ago and I'm guessing they sold my info.

They called incessantly for about a month and never left a message. I finally answered and said No to their offer and please remove me. They kept calling. I called them back. Asked to be removed. They IMMEDIATELY called me back and hung up. Calls then stopped for a while and started again yesterday when they called and hung up when I answered. Today they called, I said No thank you and started to ask to be removed - she hung up on me.

I called back immediately and informed them that I would be filing a complain with the FCC if they called again. Woman argued with me saying that I had been removed. I explained that this was the THIRD time I had asked and she argued that they had not called before. As I was telling her that I did not want anymore calls, she said, "I'm hanging up on you now!" and hung up.

I called my cell company and they said I would be able to get the call history from them if needed. If they call again, I'm filing with the FCC.

They just called me offering a free trip to Mexico and to pay for my wedding bands. I asked how they got my information and they said when I was looking online for my wedding ideas. I have to go to done hotel and claim my gifts. Ever since I got my wedding dress at Davids Bridal I bedn winning a lot of things. This has been a horrible experience and shame on Davids Bridal for sharing our information. This is a total scam and brides to be should not have to put up with these pathetic jokes.

First call, the male representative stated he was with, "Dinner for Two" and that I have won a honeymoon package.  Later same night, a female representative called, stating that I have won a wedding package from, "Dinner for Two".  They tried calling four times however I didn't answer my phone and haven't received a call since..

Just got a call from this number this morning.  Didn't pick up because number was from Madison WI..I am a Canadian.  No clue what the lady even said (she was mumbling so much).  Something about "a bridal package"....luckily I looked on this forum, as I always search for such when I get calls like this!..I as well bought all my bridesmaids dresses at David's Bridal.

Just got this call, could tell it was BS from the start. Whenever they start with "at absolutely no cost to you" you know they are full of crap. Signed up for David's Bridal emails, apparently that was enough...

I went in to David's Bridal and they made me fill out paperwork before I could look at a dress. They did sell my information and I've been "winning" stuff ever since.

However, I didn't receive Dinner for Two information based on David's Bridal. I talked to them directly at a bridal show and signed up for a drawing. They seem to mostly sell cookware, but they also offer some couples classes. It sounded like the classes receive a better response and I can say I was kind of interested in some classes. I think they said they like to offer classes for bachelorette events, too. They said the company was out of Wisconsin and they were giving away free potholders. They actually seemed really nice and genuine and the potholder was cute.

They called me twice as well.  I've never attended a bridal show either and I bought my dress at David's.  Tons of vendors are bugging me now!

They also attend bridal shows and if you registered to win a free gift, they call you. Just answer and tell them to stop calling. You have to tell them twice to make it effective per telemarketing laws and rules.

Woman answered, knew my name... knew I had a wedding coming up... told me they chose me to receive a package by a hotel somewhat close to my neighborhood...that's when I hung up.
I received another call a few weeks before similar but was a machine.

DEFINITELY from David's Bridal... that was the only place I signed up to win a wedding dress... super disappointed in them...

ran into these people at a wedding show and signed up because they told us that we would be doing a cooking class for two.  We didn't realize that is was a cookware sales event for Royal Prestige until we looked it up online.  The business was calling itself Dinner4Two (http://www.dinner4two.com/).  There wasn't anything in the display that even indicates there is cookware involved. We thought it was a class that we would have to pay for. They even said they would accomodate the fact that my fiance is vegetarian.

My wife and I got a call too. It was to her phone and I answered it. She also got  her dress from David's. They asked for her by her maiden name so I said there was nobody by that name associated with her number and to take it off the call list. Hopefully that works.

I've been getting these calls from 6086638591 for maybe about a year and a half now. I went into David's Bridal ONCE to try on a dress because I had just gotten engaged and was way too excited. I don't remember giving them my information and I never bought anything from them. However, maybe a few months later I landed an interview with David's Bridal (didn't get the job, after reading up on the company before the interview I realized how horrible of a company they really are so I was honestly not upset that I didn't get it). I have since ended my engagement and moved on. They stopped calling me for a few months but now they're starting to harass me again.

I have received several calls from them but never once did they leave a voicemail. I added the number to my auto-reject list

I got a call I know that davids bridal sold my info how do I stop this!

I just received a call saying that I won a wedding gift. The only business I worked with for my wedding is David's Bridal.  What right do they have to sell any of my information?

i called the group back and they said it was not from Davids Bridal- they got my information from the Wedding Show that I attended on Sunday.

Apparently we won a free trip to the bahamas. 100% sure this is a scam. going to try and block their number.

You do all realize that the "Free" wedding bands are tungsten.  They are pretty, but only $8.99 or so new on ebay.  =)
