9\15\11 5:00pm we got a call and it played music and some man  laughed two min. later he called again playin abad song. we hung up and he called again. we said we had the number. he stoped calling. we dialed the num. an star 67 and he said cant call me here. i have never even been to wisconsin i live in montana

Received a call from this no. on 9/15/10. I too don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. I am also on the DNC list but still receive calls. I let my answering machine pick up but, they don't leave a message. I just wish the heck they would quit calling.

They called me on 9/14/2010, but I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. I've been on the DNC list for years, but I still get a lot of calls. So, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Yep, they called me too. Hung up as I picked up my brand new number. Haven't had the chance to put it on the Fed and State DNCRs yet. Going to go do that right now.

Same thing here, 9/9, 9/10 and today 9/13!  Wisconsin and actually today there was an "HELLO" on my answer machine... tried to call back and did not get through; some problem with the line!!!????

Same thing... answer, then fast busy . I spoke with the phne company and they said that there is a new way telemarketers are getting through the DNC list. They dail "0" and call through the operator so that the number does not register directly to them - and it also overides any "blocks" that one may have on their phones stopping telemarketer calls.

I received one and he also said he was from Dish.  I mentioned I was on the DNC registry and never did business with Dish.  He said "well, this isn't a call to request a sale, we are just informing you of Dish Network's latest offering".   Sorry, DNC is DNC.  Reported them to the registry.

A guy said he was from Dish Network. I told him I was on the Do Not Call registry and he hung up. Lame.

this number called and there was nobody there or that is the way it seemed. it has called several times and it is rather bothersome. I am also on the do not call thing but it does not seem to work.....

I'm also on DNC registers but it doesn't screen out all calls. Most hang up when I tell them I'm on DNC list.  This number had some wiseass on the other end who said when asked what he wanted said "It's what I can do for you" in a very sarcastic tone.

Pick up and wait for the human voice then blow the very loudest whistle that you can into your receiver.  This stops them.

can anyone answer this question. exactly what purpose of the DNR serve???? keep getting calls from this number even when i block it. they dont leave a message and this is getting really frustrating.

Answered just to see who was calling, hung up, tried calling the number, got cannot complete number as dialed. Like all on here, on DNC, still get these calls, HATE them!!

I Googled this number (to find out who was calling) after I got a call and it showed up on my caller ID. I answered the phone, said hello, and whoever/whatever hung up. I am on NDNC list. I do note like these calls. Very annoying!

Same thing here.  Call, answer, disconnect.  your call can not be completed as dialed.  Geeze.  DNC does not help

calling everyday this week and just an hour ago...never leaves a message....I used to have Dish Network so maybe they are trying to get me back.  Anyway, will just block the number.  Thanks everyone for posting.

when I called this no. a recorded message reported that it has been disconnected or is no longer in use. Strange?
