I have had an excellent experience with HSA...repaired my rental property water heater and also REPLACED A/C unit. That alone would have been several thousand dollars.

Completely agree with you. Worthless coverage. Paid 400 dollars and they did not fix my furnace, fridge, or roof due to minor details. "We can fix your fridge, just not the ice machine." Save your money and just fix things as they come.

HSA Home Warranty. A totally worthless coverage, certainly not worth the $400 for a year's "coverage" of nothing. My one minor claim regarding my AC system they denied was covered when it clearly should have been. NEVER get this. I've already convinced three other home buyers that they were better off getting the money off the price of the house.

Just another confirmation that this is HSA Home Warranty. They were calling to let me know my warranty was going to expire, and ask whether I wanted to renew.

IT IS HSA HOME WARRANTY NUMBER, PROBABLY CALLING TO ASK IF I WOULD LIKE TO RENEW MY HSA WARRANTY FOR MY HOME, THEY LEFT NO MESSAGE AND ONLY CALLED ONCE SO FAR.
