I am glad I am not at home during the day.  They call from this number close to 10 times a day.  Sounds from previous complaints that it is a polling for the presidential elections.  Glad I have caller id so I just can let it go and not answer it.

According to my CallerID display and when I was home, called me at least 3 times today, Sep. 5, 2012.
I'm on Do No Call lists.
I'm sick and tired of about 85% of the calls made to my home number being rogue calls from strangers.

4 calls today no one answers or leaves any messages.  Very frustating.

Called 4 times in as many hours, went to voicemail, no message.

They call, phone rings, answering machine picks it up, they hang up.  I check caller ID and get this:  "Madison (Wisconsin) 807-5993".  So I check online and find a list of complaints of exactly this, someone calls from this number & hangs up.  If you call it back you get a recorded message telling you to press one to be on the do not call list but then you have to give them your number.  I am already on the do not call list.  My number is private so not going to give it to anyone.
Also when I checked online it states this number belongs to "Level 3 Communications" which is a switch number.  (i.e., they call from a different number but this is the number left on your caller ID.)  Looked up "Level 3 Communications" and it's a (telephone) marketing business.

They are who you said they were.  I told them I was voting for Jill Stein for President (Green Party) and writing in for Russ Feingold.  The survey taker told me that Feingod wasn;t running, so I said there was a write-in campaign and that I could see half a dozen "Draft Feingold for Senate" yard signs from my front porch.

It was all a lie, of course.

This number continues to call.  We ask to leave a message and then they hang up.  I usually disconnect the line before the message comes on as they call so often.  Twice in the last hour just today.  I wondered who they were, so went on address search on the computer and see many people get this call.  I will continue to hang up.  What a pain.  We are on the no call list already, too.

Same thing here. They call constantly ans then when you answer, no one is there. Then about 1 hour later, they call again. It is driving me nuts, and has been over the last week or so. Ridiculous.

Keeps calling over and over - no answer when phone picked up. When I called back, a robot started saying: "Please press 1 to be added to the NO-Call list...." What's the hell?

Call several times a day I don't answer they hang up on the answering machine.  The phone is a Verizon cell phone issues in Madison.  I *67 and called back got the press one to be put on our don't call list no other choices.  I pressed 1 to see what happened they asked for me to enter my number so I entered their own number.

Same as most comment, 3 rings then they hang up. Just give them the line Seinfeld did: "How about you give me your home number and I'll call you back."

Repeated calls from this number over the past week. Now that I know it's a survey, I'll program my phone not to ring when this number calls.

Phone call from this number asking about who I would vote for..when I asked the name of their organization they could not answer and just said they were doing a survey. I hung up.

This number called me 5 times so far today!
Tried calling it back and all you get is an option to be on the do not call list.... Funny part, i am already on the Do Not Call List!   no option to speak to a person and find out what the heck they want!
I believe i have actually spoke to them a couple weeks ago and asked they stop calling me- guess it did not work!

Called 2 or 3 times and didn't leave a message.  I'm on the "Do Not Call" list; however, they maybe a non-profit organization (which can supposedly call those on the "Do Not Call" list).

"Tiffany" stated this was a national poll and asked "if the election were held today, who would you vote for, Obama or Romney?". I told her "it sure as hell wouldn't be you Tiffany because you are bothering me!" and hung up.

Call from this number twice today at work.  I hear nothing, and then a disconnect.

No response when I answered. I called the number back and a recorded message said to press 1 if I wanted to be on the do not call list, but didn't identify who they were, so I disconnected.

Caller said it was a survey and I hung up,  I'm guessing they wanted to know who I am voting for.

Two calls in 2 1/2 hours no message.

THREE RINGS THEN HANGS UP UPON ANSWER. Must be checking if someone is home.
