rang three times, I did not answer, called each day past three days, no message. Intellius says invalid number, must be faking the outgoing ID

Strange Number - I saw on caller ID and did not answer.  Nothing like this in the 609 area that I know about.

Got a call from this number. I don't answer calls unless I know who it is that's calling. They hung up before the answering machine activated.

What kind of number is this???
