Just called 609-279-1600. Asked why "no answer" when I pick up? He gave me trouble with the system. That might be for a few hrs, maybe a day. But U would certainly have something like that fixed.
So I asked if he would take my number off from where ever they got it. And plzzzz don't call again. Well......
about an hour later, their they were calling again!

Idiots! Go away! You can survey me via telephone when you compensate me at my hourly rate. Don't bother otherwise.

Just got a call from them, I called back and it's a 3rd party conducting surveys for other companies. Surveys do not fall under the do not call list guidelines

I've been getting calls from this number for a while. They just called again at 9:30 PM while my 3 year old is sleeping. Checked the do not call registry and found this interesting snip (the last two sentences are key):
Will All Telemarketing Calls Stop If I Register?
If I register my number on the National Do Not Call Registry, will it stop all telemarketing calls?
No. Placing your number on the National Do Not Call Registry will stop most telemarketing calls, but not all. Because of limitations in the jurisdiction of the FTC and FCC, calls from or on behalf of political organizations, charities, and telephone surveyors would still be permitted, as would calls from companies with which you have an existing business relationship, or those to whom you?ve provided express agreement in writing to receive their calls. However, if you ask a company with which you have an existing business relationship to place your number on its own do-not-call list, it must honor your request. You should keep a record of the date you make the request.

Douches have been calling regularly. They just called again at 9:30 PM.
I'm on the do not call list and am filing a complaint.

They are Braun Research, Inc. in Princeton (also location in Nebraska). Call them at 609-279-1600 and tell them to take you off the BR Interviewing list.

If you don't know who is calling, don't answer! Also, a lot of you don't know proper grammar. It is their number, not there number.

Called, didn't recognize the number, didn't pick up; caller left no message.

If you google the phone number, you will get the website for B R Interview INC. You can enter your phone number an they will remove it from their call list. You may also leave comments. They advise it takes 3 days before your number is deleted.

This is a survey. The number is a NJ prefix, but the call I believe is coming from Florida. I told them I was on the No-Call listing, but they continued to babble. I just hung up. This is a Royal Pain!

I, like the rest of you, receive these calls all the time. Our government is WORTHLESS, especially when it comes to blocking these calls.
Your only other course of action is this:
Do NOT, under any circumstances, answer a caller you do not recognize. When you do, all you are doing is confirming for them is that they have reached a viable, working number and then they WILL call you back PLUS they will sell your number to other scam artists so they can call you too. If they continue to call then first, check with your phone service and see if they have a call blocker service (mine does). If I continue to receive calls from a certain number then it goes onto my "Blocked" list.
Also, just pressing 1 or any number they say to remove you from their list is also a scam. It doesn't work either. Also, I turn off my answering machine when I am home. If it answer then once again it only confirms the fact that they have indeed reached a "Working" number and they WILL continue to call you. Have a pleasant day. Sure am glad too for websites like this.
Thought for the day: I Wonder what would happen if everyone stopped answering these calls. IF they got no more answers then would they just give up and die ?
I will add that by using these tactics, there are days now when I have NO MORE phone calls from scammers! Only had one in the last three days now. Please folks, don't answer these phone calls. Use your caller ID's.

They identified themselves as "Hill Research" or "Hill Survey" - as research and surveys are exempt from the no call list. I politely asked them to remove my number from their database and to not call my number again, and according to the rules, they are supposed to comply with that request. Let's see if they actually stop calling me.

Called at 8:55pm! Who the heck calls that late at night, ya know? Anyway, they didn't leave a message and I came here to see who else they've harassed. Thanks for all the posters on this site. Keep up the information flow! You're all awesome!

We got a call from this number today at 4:19 pm and didn't answer. The caller ID was BR INTERVIEWING. No voice mail message was left. We have two phone numbers. One is our home number which is unlisted, and the other is our business number. What is annoying is that they called our unlisted number. Their number has been added to our Digitone call blocker, which I highly recommend.

Everyday I get all kind of numbers calling me and they say nothing or hang up . Why call then. Y'all need to figure this out. I also am on the do not call lists. Guess these people that call are just padding the time clock when they probably get a kickback to how many calls they make. Hang ups or not. Geez, I'm going to ignore any numbers that call that I don't recognize from now on.
