I get phone calls from this number many times a day.  Caller ID says it's a Power Co.

When I answered the call from Atlantic City, nobody answered when I said Hello.  So I hung up and am going to block this number permently.

This phone number called me while I was out of the house. When I got home the answering machine light was flashing as if I had a message waiting for me. I listened to the message and it was dead air for about 10 long seconds.

Why can't these people leave a message? Maybe I do want to call them back ,.
