I have blocked this number -- Yes, not a solution, as I am sure they will continue to call from a different number. I have gotten the same or similar call (all recorded messages) trying to get me to agree to 'free' medic alert or home security from at least 12 different phone numbers in the last 3 months (I keep a log and report each one to FTC.)

Live caller reading from script. "John from the shipping department" alleges that a medical alert system has been paid for by "someone" and wants to schedule an appointment. Will not take "no / take me off your list/ stop calling" for an answer. Just keeps reading from script. Multiple calls. Received exact same scripted call (several times) 732-749-7026, Reported both numbers to FTC. Am on Do Not Call directory, which seems not to be working anymore -- or enforcement is so lax that these telemarketers figure there is no downside. WARN SENIORS about this scam -- they want to sign you up for high-cost monitoring -- or anyone else who may be lured in by "free" device installation only to be hit by expensive monitoring and unbreakable contract. Also could be scam to gain access to homes to rob!!

follow up to this number---now using 973 850 3000- emergency medical alert "free" so says "John"  Cannot talk to human two calls in two days

Called 5/8/13 at 5:56 PM with a very clear message that my family or friends had paid for a med alert service for me and it was free of charge to me. Told me to press 1 for delivery or 5 to cancel. I picked up message at @ 4 PM 5/9/13 and called the number saved by my phone service. Hispanic girl answered and transfered me to Andy who was to be my account manager. He also had a heavy Hispanic accent and there was much background noise. Told him I am not interested and he hung up with a bang. The original message was spoken by a "friendly sounding" male with no accent.

called my number and left a message.  Claims they are sending me a medical alert and pretends to check his papers, and says it has already been paid for.  I deleted the message. The call came from 609 357-4940

Received a call from this number. Message left , stating that I,,or someone in household,  qualified for a medical alert; that  was completely paid for. Instructed to press "1" to ship, or "2" to decline. Theses scams are getting to be more in number, and so annoying!

they left a 38 second voice mail msg, but it was all garbled and echos, I heard two or three words, something about statement in October, paid, etc

Caller wanted to talk to person in charge of PES&G bill. Called PES& G directly and told account was up to date.  Must be a scammer.

Answered by mistake today - got the llife line delivery crap and that is was paid for. I asked who paid and how - he repeated even the shipping was paid for.
It was then I went ballastic and said "I am NOT a senile old woman. WHO paid for this" and he hung up fast.

No one answers, when you pick up!

14 phone calls in less than two weeks.  Leaves no message or if picked up on first ring, no one on line

Have received a few calls from this number.  Caller ID says "out of area" & they don't leave a message.

Calls almost every day. Don't answer it because I don't reconize the number. They never leave a message.

Received call on land line with ID of Allentown, NJ.  Did not answer and they left no message - a sure sign of a scam.

Person called saying he would personally deliver my Liberty Medical Supplies and asked for my credit card number.

Called said medical alert pre-paid. Called back and auto message answers saying goodbye and discnnects. The FCC needs to invesitgate --home land terror saying its life alert. .

calls came in under two numbers...609 357 4940.  I blocked my number out and called it back, someone answered can I help you medic alert...I RESPONDED WITH MY AIR HORN :)

this number called me twice.the first time i let it go to voicemail. and the second call i picked up.. and the hung up.

Call and left message that they want to deliver a medical alert. Without a doubt a lie and a huge scam!!!!!!  DO NOT CALL OR GIVE ANY INFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just received a call today from someone who said his name was John.  He said he was calling to deliver a medical alert to us.

Another phone scam-I am sure.
