This number keeps calling me atleast 2 times daily and no one will say anything when i answer, or never leaves a message.

The caller is NCO, a disreputable collections agency.

This company (NCO) keeps calling us from various phone numbers, this being one of them.  They keep calling and calling and calling.  They never leave a proper message... just some recording that says that all agents are busy - as if I called them.  I'm pretty sure that NCO is a collections company, but neither me or my husband have any bills in collections.  We're pretty crazy about paying our bills on time and having good credit.  So I don't know who they're calling for, but it's driving me nuts.

Now they have a new scheme.........a free cruise.
Voice mail left states you have a free cruise, all meals, etc. just call them at a certain number to start your paperwork.
If you don't want the free cruise , and wish to be removed from their contact list call them at a different number.
Yea......lol......sure .....the caller ID says NCO and your gonna give me a free cruise........LOL....
These people keep calling.......doesn't matter if you are the person in arrears. Name is similar........good enough for them.
Told them the fist time they called I have no idea what they are talking about.  
Never had a Capital One account, my credit report is fine but it doesn't matter to them.

I hate these type of callers. They're like predators harassing random innocent people who do not owe money, where they create a scenario as if someone did. For Jesus Christ's sake, get a decent life collectors!

Got two calls today from this number ,NCO.  I just called them back and the first thing he said was this is Christopher, may I have your name and credit card number.  I told him he may not,  I was on the do not call list and if they called again would call the police.  Hope it helps.

I got a safelink phone lg model as a back up, and this # keeps calling& burning my minutes, what can I do to stop this?

I keep getting calls from this number.  When I pick up, noone is there.  And....no messages are ever left on my answering machine.

This person is driving me crazy they call like 3 times a day

These people are calling my sister for over 6 months now saying they are looking for me, and call her multiple times a day. My sister and I don't keep in touch, so I feel bad on her behalf that they are plaguing her, on her cell phone no less - and she can't afford unlimited minute plans. Even giving them my number, they don't call ME. Called them to find out why, but they can't give me any information to determine if it's actually me or someone else with a similar name (my first and last name are so ridiculously common - whitepages.com show over 100 results for my full name within 30 miles), and I'm not giving them any personal information until I can determine if it's me they actually want. They won't even tell me something useless, like the last four (or ANY) of my social, a monetary value before debt fees applied, the state the debt was accrued in, etc. I know every debt I owe, which aside from college and medical (which are being paid), is two - both from a couple months back (not 6+) after becoming unemployed and the providers (cell and cable) not working with me to pay them, unfortunately. I have never had a single credit card in my entire life, either. Pulled my credit report to verify there wasn't something I am unaware of listed on it as well.

They are uncooperative and ignore repeated requests for her to be placed on their internal DNC list, even after having my number.

Call if you want something , not just a wait a minute ....and its like 2 minutes , I find this annoying as hell ...stop the calls

I called them back on a public phone and they answered NCO (903-373-1904) so I save the phone number as "DONT ANSWR NCO"

i got a call today from NCO Financial- Capital On account. I told thme ot sto callnig my cell number. A foriegn accent was detected so I said- do you not understand English.. and if they continued to call the number- I would turn the matter over to my attorny to prosecute their company for harassment.

Its NCO Financial on behalf of Cap One looking for family members if they can't get a hold of them personally.  They call famiy members to try and get the latest phone number info.

Yeah, contact the national do not call and file a complaint.

They called my landline yesterday and didn't leave a message and called it from another number (216-200-5188) today and didn't leave a message buncah crappola.  I will be contacting the Do Not Call and filing a complaint.  I do not have a Cap One Card and it's none of their business what's in my wallet.  If it was geniuine and important they would've left a sinking message, of which I'm 100% sure I would nlot call them back.

Can anyone tell me how to eliminate these annoying robo calls? They call day and night 4-10 times a day.

The above listed here are probably also getting calls from "card member services", press #2 to stop future calls, or #3 to speak to a representative.  Pressing #2 tells NCO financial there is some one home at that time of day.  Pressing #3 to speak to a representative is a ruse to have you actually tell them who you are and what your address is.  NEVER NEVER PRESS ANYTHING! Then they have no further information to continue to harrass you and only hope they have the right number.

You're completely ridiculous.  And a liar.  These are not "terrorists" they are debt collectors.  Pay your effing bills and shut up.

It's NCO Financial doing collections for Capital One.  Yes, they are debt collectors.  I'm in BK.  They need to stop calling.  This is becoming harrassment.

The initials stand for  National Capital One  NCO   -    Capital One trying to hide under someone's skirt.

These people--NCO-- call everyday. Either no one is on the on when the call is answered or some recording stating there is nothing wrong with your credit but they can save me big money. I am also on the do not call list but it doesn't stop this company.

I just got a call from them this morning, but no message. If it is NCO, they will badger you endlessly, calling multiple times an hour using different numbers. The few times I have answered their calls, no one is there. If the calls are coming to your mobile phone, install an app called MR NUMBER. It blocks any number you select by either sending it straight to VM or picking up and hanging up. Either way, you never hear the phone ring. Veey effective.

I just got a phone call from this number... I did not recognize the number and I decided to pick up, and I did not say anything.  No one said anything either.  I hung up.

I answer the call. They are looking for Ahmed. Since getting a new phone number, we have been getting phone calls for Ahmed. I politely asked them to remove my # from their database and inform them no one named Ahmed lives here. I also told them we just got a new # about 6 months ago. I am on do not call list. why are they calling ?
