I would like this son of a b's name. I have been receiving calls from this piece of crap organization selling their bs septic additive. He has been told numerous times to put us on a do not call list but yet the sorry F'er keeps calling and asking for my 72 yr old mother in law to attempt to take advantage of her once again. I plan on suing the company and would appreciate any info anyone has about him. To those of you considering buying this Septic 2000 crap. Do not under any circumstances buy from them. They are rude, law breaking scamers not mention the product will definitely screw up your septic. My mother in law stupidly was purchasing and using their product long before I was aware of it. They promise that you will never have to pump your tank. Well, I recently had to pump my tank because sewage was backing up into our basement and the now I will have to replace the whole damn drain field ( about 10 grand) because it is now clogged and wont take water. These are the worst salespeople I have EVER delt with. Be warned. I apologize if my language offends anyone, but I am livid and I want to make it clear just how screwed up these people are.

This guy has been doing this to me for years!  I even called the company he said he represents (Septicare).  He uses different phone numbers and will call back from one number as soon as you hang up from a call on the other.  He is disgusting!  Told me last night that his name was Tom Peterson.  I'd like to know if any of you are having any luck with a criminal investigation.

just got a call from him at 8pm.  Said the same stuff about septic treatment then hung up.  Who is he and why?  It doesn't make sense.  Messed up.

"Gerry" has called multiple times trying to sell us a septic tank product we unwittingly purchased in the past.  He will absolutely not take no for an answer, and when you tell him not to call again, he threatens to send another "bucket" of his product to our address.  This is the second time he's threatened this - the first time we never received anything.  Regardless, we will refuse it and he can suck up the extra shipping back to him.  Mind boggling that someone runs their business in this manner.

I am receiving calls tonight as well...I've contacted the police and we will be tracing the calls... This guy is rude called me all kinds of perverted names then asked to speak to my husband and did the same with him...I agree with others that this guy is an awful person... I hope he rots in HELL!!!

On Dec 23rd, about 9:00 p.m. I received a call from this number, and he said his name was Jerry, selling some septic  product. He became very mean and nasty when I told him I wasn't interested.  I have never had anyone to talk so nasty, and he also said he would send the product  anyway.  I told him I would not pay for it and he said he would come to my house and dump the whole bucket in my VAG. THIS IS AN AWFUL MAN.  I told him I would pray for him and he hung up.

This man called my ELDERLY Father (my dad is 79).I woke my dad up to ask if he knew the man. I told the man my Dad was asleep and asked if I could take a message. He told me he had heard my dad's voice to put him on the phone.The man wanted to sell my dad a septic tank treatment MAYBE two minutes into their phone conversation(IF that long) I heard my dad raise his voice. I picked up the other phone receiver and heard the man calling my 79 year old Father a "F****ng idiot" (DIRECT QUOTE word for word!!!).I then got in the conversation and told the man to not talk to my dad that way. the man proceeded to hang up after I informed him that was verbal abuse against a senior citizen and I would be filing criminal charges and a slander lawsuit. I have call blocked his cell number and contacted the New Jersey FBI Office. I also text this man to tell him to NEVER contact my family again and that he has had a FEDERAL criminal complaint filed for investigation and reported to the BBB Federal trade commision AND the Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce(as well as his cell phone service provider). He text me back and said "shut up idiot" to me. I did a reverse number search on the cell number he called from thats how I found out the phone number area code is Atlantic City New Jersey's area code.I WILL be filing a complaint with our local law enforcment and State FBI field office. I live in Mississippi and this man calls from Jersey to sell us a septic tank treatment and then called my dad stupid and a F$#*^& idiot???Uh I think he needs to check his own IQ because I personally am NOT about to use a mailorder septic treatment when a plumber/septic tank maintanance lives a block from both my parents' and my homes'

This guy is loud, rude, and very disrespectful, tells me he is going to send the product even though I told him I was not interested. refused to take NO for an answer, keeps calling back, tells me its aleady been shipped out....what a first class Jerk.

This guy calls all during the night selling septic tank treatment.  Very rude and will not take no for a answer.  Finaly after 4 calls from 3 different #'s told him to stop calling. If this continues I will seek legal action!

This phone number has been calling all week, finally got law enforcement involved *57 ftw. Lawsuit in progress. Hope this a**le with a computer program has a lawyer! See ya in court honey!!

This guy called at 9:38 pm drunk as a skunk. Wanted to sell septic treatment to me. Ask me first Mormon.  Told me he wanted to go have a drink with me. I told him that that I didn't wanted I thought it one time and never used it. what did the fact that I am Mormon have to do with septic tank. He told me to say hello to your kids for me. I told him that somebody from this company has told me before to F off  b**** told me he's told me waa f***ing  waaa  before. he told me was a cop told me he'd have somebody arrested if they said that to me. Then he hung up.
