I have been getting the same calls and even after telling them I am on the no call list and to stop calling, they did not.
I had enough, recognized the number and answered Littleton Colorado police 911 what is your emergency!!! He started stuttering and I told him not to hang up or I by law will have to send full fire and rescue to the address I have listed from the phone number. Well he hung up and I have not had the call in over 2 weeks!!! Just do a youtube search for Tom Mabe.
His answers to telemarketers is a hoot!!!

I have received calls from this number asking for my wife, I wish there was a way for the authorities to follow up on it and put an end to this scamming from foreign lands.

I get calls from this number and all the callers have a heavy accent talking about surgery I never had.  Identified the company as " North Carolina Dept. of Medical Compensation"  

I did not recognize the number and did not pick up.  There was no message left.

I have received 6 calls from 609-453-3077 & 603-205-8412  Same foreigner which I can barely understand calls about something medical.  I have asked each time for them to take me off their call list and still get calls.

Sounds like the same person. Thick accent.  Keeps calling my son's phone asking for someone named Brandy and when my son tells him he doesn't know anyone named Brandy the mane starts asking my son about his information.  Mine you he's 11. So when I try to call that number back (multiple times) it says the call won't go through.

I got the exact same thing. I have been getting them for over a month, multiple times a day.

This has happened to me at least 6 times a week the last two weeks. he refuses to stop calling. Caller has strong Indian accent and insists that I had Bladder sling mesh problems.

Getting calls atleast twice a week with heavy indian accent.  Aren't there a way law enforcement to track them and stop those disturbing calls.

I too recived a call from "Tony" I asked him why he was calling me now after a surgery that took place nearly 30years ago when I asked that the call got disconnected. A few minutes later he called b ack and said I must be on a cell phone and been disconnected on my end. He asked a second time about my surgery and I asked again why now after 30years, he then claimed that surgerys done around then led to XYZ problems and wanted to get permission to access my medical files to see how many times I came in for bladder issues so they knew how much to compensate me for. I asked for a supervisor and the call was disconnected once more. Curious now I call the number and find its not in use. I google the number and find this site.  Its annoying and I Dont appreciate it.  Hopefully enough of us comment and report on it that it will stop.

Have no-call number but keep getting these unwanted calls.

The caller said he got my name and number from City Health Care. We had a five minute "conversation" in which I repeated asked to be removed. He seems to have refused, so I will not be surprised if they call again, as they have several times in the past.

This telephone number appeared on my cell phone,and will be blocking it.

Received a call today from "Tony Robbins" from the Dept. of Medical Compensation. He said he knew that I had "female" surgery like a bladder sling or something else I couldn't understand a long time ago. I asked him what state he was from and he said Atlanta Georgia. He had a heavy Indian accent and I could hear people talking and laughing in the background. I asked him how he got my information and he hung up on me.

This seems to happen at least once a week for the past month.  Get a phone call, with a slight delay after I say hello and then someone who doesn't speak very clear english named "Mark" is calling about medical distribution board.  I have told them time and time again they are calling on my business line and to take me off of their call list and this time he asked for a number to call me back at.  Told him to take me off the call list. and slammed the phone down on them.

Who is using this number?
