They have called my home number at least 3 times per day for the past several days not sure who it is. Haven't had that number for too long and haven't really given it out. Any ideas on how to stop these people from calling?

Call from an energy provider, wanting me to switch from JCP&L. Told them I was on DNC list, and they said they'd update their records.

South East Energy Co. wants to be your energy supplier through your local electric company. Not a scam, just an aggressive marketer. There are other better behaved suppliers out there, I have one of them through JCP&L.
