I recieved a call from this number 609-606-5138 on 2-6-2012 he(Steve something) left a message saying that I need to call him back as soon as possible. Because if not he will send out a arrest warrent for my arrest. When I called him back I spoke first to a Arron Gomes he stated I needed to speak to Steve about my case. He aparently put me on hold but he only just hit numbers on his phone. When I spoke to Steve he claimed that I took out a loan that I did not pay back. My husband then got on the phone and wanted to ask some questions but the guy got a attitude with him and hung up. Only to call back a few minutes then he stated to my husband that he is going to send my job this info and send out some cops to my house or my job. Did not hear anything after that until, 2-13-2012. this time Steve called me and said I need to speak to Arron Gomes. When I spoke to him he said about the same thing just not about the arrest warrent. When I told him that I spoke to them last week he stated this was his first attempt and I corrected him about that. Then started the attitude with me. I asked what company he said Advanced Cash America. I said I do not know anything about them. When I said that I recently contacted my police department he yelled at me then hung up. No call since. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM THEY R SCUM!!!!!!!!!!

This guy had to nerve to call me again.I told him that i made a police report against him for extortion. I told him to give me his license number he didn't. hes a scam artist. dont't listen to him.  he didnt hang up like I thought he would. he kept saying that he had papers. he said he had papers and. i told him to sent me whatever he wanted . i told him to leave me alone. that i knew about him and I hang up. didnt hear back from him. Then I called the company that i had gotten the loan from and they know about him and told me not give him any information. That he wants your debit card information. He is a FAKE.  anyway even after i told him he got busted he kept shouting on the phone.

I mean Aaron Gomes. I am making a police report on this man.i call his number and his message said his name, leave your name and case number. He doesn't say the name of his firm. Nothing. Again glad i didn't send him money. glad i check out his number.

I received the same call from same guy Aaron from the same number. He wanted $789. He was very rude. He gave me a case #. Guess thats fake 2. He was threatening. I believe him but I didn't send him any money. Im glad i didn't. i save myself a lot of heartache.

Got the call from Devany Law firm. They've called me at work and tried to tell me I was being sued. I told them to mail me the information. They left me alone for awhile after that, but started up again this week. So glad I found this website. I am contacting the attorney general's office in my state and in NJ, as the call says it originated from there.

yes, same stuff.  I did originally apply for loans through a network that sent my info out.  received tons of offers by phone and e-mail.  even text.  any way I could spend an hour sharing but I just want to make these guys go away.

Details:

Law firm of Delvony.  Verify that I owe this money under the cyber crime division.  They will settle foe $488.51 legal restitution.  or we can go to court... They call my work, they call my kids, and even my bank.  Threaten to ruin my good name.  I get names like.  Chris Mathews, or Aaron Coomes.  They mention stues I have violated,  They repeat my full ss# and even leave it on my answering machine.  But they say it would be illegal for them to tell me the date this occurred   THANKS ALL FOR SHARING  JC.

Same kind of message, threats of law suits.  I called back told them I knew it was a scam and they actualy threatened to kidnap and rape my wife.  Called FBI and they said there is nothing they can do but told me to file a report with my local police and keep an open investigation going.  If any thing comes to pass the more police reports about this harrassment the stronger the case will be if or when they can get their hands on them.

I received the same phone call just now. When i told them that i would notify the authorities for extortion they hung up. It is the same person, Aaron something

I just asked him if I can have his licesnce number if he was a lawyer!  N he hung up on me.  He is bogus!!!  I am making a police report against this man.  I have 3 messages saved on my cell phone.  I just dont understand where he recieved all my infornmation.

I also received a call from this number by a guy who claims his name is John Snyder. He gave me a different number when he thought I was going to send him a western union transfer of $498.63. I call the 786-416-6244 number back and they gave me the name Brad and Johnson Law Firm with an address in the Miami, Florida. I could not find this firm in Florida anywhere. Please use common sense when getting calls of this nature. They also uses the number 941-357-7987. He claims that there was an EFT transfer to my account from some company called American Cash.

just received a call today everything that everybody has posted the same thing has been said to me i told him that he was on speaker phone and i had the police listening in on the call he said ok thats fine and hung up

Seems like bs to me.  It was nice of him to wish me a blessed day.  LOL.  My credit score is in the toilet there is nothing he can do to make it worse.

This guy has been calling me for a couple days.  Multiple times.  Even at work.  The red flag was when he just blurted out my ssn number without verifying that he had the right person.  I quickly looked up the number and found this.  He's calling himself Chris Matthews.  And now, he's using two other numbers to call and harass me.  The one he left a message and when he was reciting back the number I was suppose to call, he seemed to forget the number and hung up quickly, only to call again from a different number.  It was the same guy, only he used a different name.  The two other numbers haven't shown up online yet, so I'll post them now.  786-416-6244 and 786-224-0367

They called saying they were a law firm working with one of my debtors.  That I needed to get money to them that day via green dot.  Then to call them back once i did it.

Have been receiving calls from this a$$ as well  threatening me saying they were going to issue a warrant if I did not call them back with in 3 days then they also called again today claiming to issue a warrant. I have no intentions of callling these jerks back because what they are doing is against the law threatening people and their lives.

called my cell phone telling me I owed american cash advance 8000 for an advance that I never paid.  that there is a lawsuit pending against me and ill go to jail

I also received multiple calls from an Aaron Gomes of the Delviny or Dealvely Law Firm.
He claims he's a lawyer and claims that they are about to charge you with Fraud, with possible criminal charges.
He had my work phone #; my Social Security Number and tried to scare me into sending unspecified money to stop them from charging me with Fraud.
He claimed to have another lawyer on the phone and was saying they had all the evidence necessary to charge me with fraud.
I told him I would have my lawyer call, but apparently from the other posts this is all nonsense. The problem is that this guy has lots of private information. It appears that he has at the least then name of my employer, social security number, possibly bank information.
Let's all get this guy in real trouble, HE IS THE ONE DOING THE FRAUD!!!
Anyone have any good ideas? Sounds like some have made police reports. I was thinking of the Attorney General. Please let's catch this low-life and get him off of the Internet forever!!!

(609)606-5138 also called me this afternoon. A foreign man with very bad English said I had 5 or 6 lawsuits filed against me in the Federal Court House for interstate fraud, check fraud, and other charges. I told him I heard nothing about it before this and he didn't seem surprised. He said he represented the Delviny Law Firm in Jersey City, NY 07306, and an actual lawyer was also on the line with us (but he never said anything), and it was being recorded. He wanted me to pay it back to avoid the case from going to court because they were very, very serious charges and I'm in a lot of trouble. I kept drilling him with questions. There was only 1 case # for 5 or 6 cases! It was PA9953563 filled at the court house in the city where I reside. He said I was given a $500 cash advance payday loan from Cash Advance deposited into my bank account (and he knew my bank name) and when they tried to withdrawal it back out it was denied by my bank. I asked him when it was deposited (because I knew it wasn't true). He told me that he couldn't tell me that because it's information about the case. I said, "Really???" Well, I had enough and just hung up. It's funny how he hung up on me twice so someone could tell him the answer to a couple of my questions while he hit the redial button, and he didn't know why we kept getting disconnected, but after I hung up he didn't call me back.

Thank you for posting all of this... I just received this phone call on my voice mail telling me there was a warrent for my arrest - WTF? Legal action is being taken against me..I left him a voice mail telling  you ever call me again I will call the FBI.  Perhaps I should fwd this to the FBI.

His number keeps coming up and it's never the same story?? Always wants me to leave a message but the English is so bad I haw trouble making out who I calling much less me calling him back!!

Sounds very similar to my situation. Only this time, he quoted my entire social security number and email address. I live in a very small town and I don't think the police would have a clue what to do with something like this. Caller told me that I was being investigated for fraud for neglecting to pay a payday loan. Scared me to death.

i keep getting these calls also after i applied for online loans.I got his name Allen Combs.and im going to the states attorney tomarrow as well as my bank and the credit buruae as well.said he was an attorney and threatened me with the police and everything else.

I have received several messages as well and with threats saying that if I don't get my attorney to or myself to call that they wish me luck and that there is a state investigation out on me.  I am scared to a point but I know that if they came after me in court I know what I have paid and have tried to be very good about getting all my bills paid and up-to-date.  I hope they would just stop scaring people to death.  What an evil thing to do!

This number called me and at first said my ss# was reported in a fraud scam. Once again they called today but their story has changed to they are a law firm and are going to serve me with a summons and a warrant. So my wife did some research and found this page. Anyhow the number he called me from is the same one 6096065138. Aaron Gomes is his supposed name. The cal l comes up as Plainsboro, NJ however he wanted the money sent to Bradenton, FL. He said a Kurt Vaughn would be the receiver. Needless to say after i discovered all of this on the internet and how this person is WANTED BY THE FB I took all the info i had on this man straight to the detectives right here on my Air Force base. He jummped on it soon as i gave him and showed him everything. Meanwhile i hope he doesnt do any physical harm to anyone. My investigators are following his footsteps so hopefully he wont be able to do this to anyone else. Also keep an eye on your checking acct. I looked at mine this morning andal there are a cpl of charges from HYDRA FUNDII!!!! Im going to go close that account
today! Also the detective said call the 3 credit agencies and the federal board commission...maybe it was the federal trade commission? I have all this mess written down alongside of my police report. lm sure ive notified everyone i needed to. Everyone stay safe and guard your good name.
