Called this AM. Picked up but they hung up. Probably a debt collector. New tactic is to harass individuals without identifying the call initiator. That way recipient cannot formally notify them to stop calling.

Got a call from this number. A guy asked me if I wanted lower interesrt rates on my visa card. I said which one. He said the card name. Which is not a visa card. Then he wanted the exp. date. I hung up.

Press 1 / press 2 credit card interest rate reduction robocall. It's basically the same old "Rachel from Account Services" scam (albeit with a different name & voice) that the FTC keeps boasting that they've stopped.
