there has to be a way to get rid of this guy.  As a senior citizen I feel threatened and will most likely fall and break a leg trying to get to the phone.  Only to find out is is this creep again.

I put these numbers in my contact list, show the name as NoAns, and change the ring tone to a harp so I can't hear it. Now I can ignore phone about 5/6 times a day. Have over 200 number shown as NoAns.

In Addition AGAIN 610-257-7095  5/24 @ 8:07 PM  Just now,.. and said something about... you know if you fall and can't get up" in a threatening tone.

This same guy also calls from 602-753-9916 He just called again today  5/24/13 at 5:38 pm.  from this other number..... he has been reported to the PA state Atty Generals Office,,,, I suggest you do the same.

I forgot to mention all the other days he's been calling.... this is ONE guy.NOT a computer.

This guy John  keeps calling 5/23 @ 6:43 pm and 8:44 pm...... He is NOT pre recorded.. he just sounds like a computer. He talks over you to make you THINK he is a computer.... but he answers back. He says the same crap that everyone else is saying about the Medical Alert  system is already paid for..... We keep saying that we are not interested and to stop calling but he keeps calling. There HAS to be some way sue this a***ole for targeting senior citizens.

Much like another poster here, I've been getting 2-3 pre-recorded calls a day from" ____ in shipping, wanting to ship an item that(he says) is already paid for-- a Med-Alert type product............"  I just tried to call the number, but the first attempt got me "The number is out of service," and the second got me, "The number is temporarily unavailable,  try again later."  Of course it's a scam.  One reverse phone directory's site told me "This number is on a Spam-alert list."  From time to time, I've dug down and finally unearthed a mailing address for a repeated-calls firm like this, and sent off a Certified Letter  begging for the mercy of removing me from their list, but... it's time-consuming.  One can also call Verizon, but again, to wade through the prompts and Holds until you get a live person takes time, and the person you get, while courteous,  is so low-level and helpless that it's pretty futile.  Probably best to just hang up, or erase your email message, grind your teeth a bit, and forget it.  I wish we could all get together-- us consumers-- and elect governments that would give the regulatory authorities some clout and teeth, and get them to clamp down on these telemarketers, but as long as we mindlessly worship the god "Free Market," and elect legislators who, at the behest of the corporations, weaken and water down the powers of the regulatory agencies, it won't happen.

This is a pre- recorder message that sounds like an actual person talking.
Starts off with, This is John from shipping. States that the item was paid for. This is a Medic Alert system that he is talking about. First time I thought I was talking to live person.
Then I noticed as I was protesting,  he continued to talk over me without hesitation.
They call 3 times a day. Skipping maybe one day between.
This has got to stop. This has got to be harassment.
