I just got this call, also. It is from Upper Darby,PA Police Association asking to support their upcoming Magic Show(s). If you are tired of the hang-ups, do this. I just pick up the receiver and say nothing and a rep starts speaking after about 15-20 seconds. Tell them that you are irritated that the connection is dropped after saying "Hello". Good Luck.

Why hang up? They called me and wouldn't identify themselves! And were very rude and called me a liar, saying I was rob when he's my step dad and wasn't home.
