I know this is old, but what attorney did you contact?

I was called and it did ring and was answered.  However, they told me that they no longer handle my account and did not know who did now and did not know any contact info for the original creditor either.  Hello!  You put info on my credit report but you don't know where it came from or who you sold it to?

Have started recieved calls from this number earlier in the morning.  They claim they represent a MD office, but can't give specifics.  Then hang up.  They are Berk Collection Agency and uses different numbers form variuos area codes.

I don't want to get any calls from this phone number

I get the same phone call from 610-916-7301.  They call several times a day, but they do not leave a message.  If they were trying to get me to pay a bill that I owe wouldn't they leave a message on my voice mail.

these people are very rude and unprofessional- no matter how many times I told them that if there is something out there I need to pay, then I want to pay it they just keep pouring it on- I would hate going to this job every day- what a bunch of losers-they insulted me for not pulling my credit report which they say they have "ruined"- when I told them I had plenty of credit,my FICO was well over 700, and I had refinanced about a year ago at 5.5 financing she hung up on me. I called back asking for a manager and told them I wanted to pay if there is something I owe , just give me a call- no call- I will manage them through the Credit Ratings Bureaus and forget about them. I recommend anyone who has a dispute do the same- their tactic is to get you fired up to go back and forth with them and they are not worth the effort- their are laws in place to protect the public and you can make them go away through the credit bureaus.

610-916-7301. Very rude people. Call multiple times daily from various numbers. They claim I owe a doctor bill, but I never heard of the doctor. I asked for proof of claim and they hung up again. They call everyday. They are located near Leesport, PA or Temple, PA. They claim to be Berks (something or other) - can't understand them.

They called for my mom this afternoon and 4x before that, there are consistantly rude and obnoxious, cursing at me when all I asked was what company they are calling from. I work for a bank and I can tell you any time a company calls and doesn't identify themselves or their name should raise red flags. Be cautious, never give out any personal info including Credit Card or Social Security information!!!

200-000-0030 (Spoofed), 610-916-7262, 610-916-7301, 610-916-7263,
800-448-8709, 610-916-7260. Appears to be Robo Dialer because after 3 rings I get nothing and then it hangs up. They collect medical bills and are near Reading, PA. They calls 6 days a week, 5 and 6 times a day. I am on DNC lists and reported their calls to Pennsylvania's Attorney General. You can report them online. I do not know why they call me because I am old and haven't had any dental work done because I have no teeth and have Medicare and supplemental for what Medicare does not cover.

They called many times, and were unbelievable rude. The woman refused to tell me more than that she was from BCC -refused to give me details or even speak to me like I was a person.  
It's been a disgusting experience dealing with these people.

Its from berk credit and collections, they are a harrassing not to meantion extremely rude company.  I think they are a bunch of con-artist since they are supposively collecting on a bill a year old for much much more than what  it was and somehow got my cell phone number which is not in my name and the hospital supposively did not have on file.

SOMEONE HAS TO STOP THESE PEOPLE. THIS IS INSANE WITH ALL THEIR CALLS

This is a telemarketing technique where a machine makes phone calls and records the time of day when a person answers the phone.

This technique is used to determine the best time of day for a 'real' sales ( or collection) person to call back and get someone at home.

What you can do after answering, if you notice there is no one there, is to immediately start hitting your # button on the phone, 6 or 7 times as quickly as possible. This confuses the machine that dialed the call, and it kicks your number out of their system. Gosh, what a shame not to have your name in their system any longer!!!

I just got a call from these people about an accident I had over two months ago. The woman was unbearably rude and seemed Hell bent on insulting my intelligence since I'm living at home and going to college instead of working.

I am getting calls from this 610-916-7301 3X a day. I know the timing too. Its around 10 - 11 AM, 12-1 PM and then 6-7PM every day for already more than a year. Now I just checked this website and realized, I am not the only person getting calls from this number.Where do I file complaint regarding this? please help me out

I just google the number when it rings and then ignore it:)

This is berks credit & collections in Temple,PA. (near Reading). They do medical collections. They curse at you, hang up on you, do NOT identify themselves as required by Law. They have been calling me for months for people I do not know, I have told them tons of times they have the wrong # and I have filed numerous complaints with the PA A.G. to no avail, they still call me from 5 different #'s everyday! I now have contacted a lawyer who has sued them numerous times and won. Do yourself a favor and file complaints with A.G., document everything, if they are calling your cell press the ignore button if you don't answer so it's documented on your statement, take pics of your caller id for proof, and watch your credit reports they will look at your credit illegally, they have no permissible purpose for medical collections FACTA took care of that. I will be seeing them in court. Also collectors cannot use computers or auto dialers (90% of the industry uses)to contact cell phones, so when you answer and there isn't a person immediately speaking to you (if there is a pause or a digital voice)then its a computer or auto dialer. Tell them immediately it's a cell and anymore calls like that a consumer lawyer would love to hear about.

I got a phone call from 610-916-7301 several times it is so boring and noisy.

And they keep bothering me and they do not leave any message or call back number. They just call and hang up. Is there any one who knows this phone number and can you includec it in do not call list?

I did a reverse search for this number and all that comes up is that it's from     Leesport,PA.  This is not a business number.  It's a residential.  When you call the number it doesn't ring.

Got a call 2X today. When I called back there was no ringtone.

it is a company working for the collection agency they want to record you awsering the phone so what you do is get a voice changing tool you know that makes you sound like a robot and then they will think its not you lol

this friking number calls like every day from noon to 1.. obviously i cant pick up because im in class.. stop calling me!!!

This and similar close numbers are all a collection Agency!

They call my sister at least six times a day.  Now, my wireless carrier is charging me 35 cents for each call.  Its bull.

They call me, but not by my real name, to collect a medical bill I never heard of. When I try to point out they called the wrong person thier response is to ask me my name. Yeah, like I would tell them. And of course they would not tell me their last name.
