This person with a Indian accent called me stating that my name and social security number has been fradulantly used because of a loan taken out by me and there will be court papers served accordingly.

Called my work saying his name was Officer Michael Anderson and to call back 6109907855x532 because of complaints against my name and social security number. Was not local and had a very thick accent. Believe this is a scam.

Same thing just happened... and this happened after the guy from American legal service named Frank Jackson threatened me and took my attorney's name and number...

Received three phone calls from this person as well. Stated he was from the FTC. When I would not verify any of the information he said he would not go any further and said "Miss Colleen I suggest you hire an attorney to save yourself" I thanked him and hung up.

OMG. I just got finish listening to this message from Officer Jackson. He has said the same thing to me. I believe it's the same guy as well calling from different numbers trying to disguise his voice (which I might say is very bad).

Officer Jackson called saying several complaints has been placed against my name and social security number. Saying I or my attorney should call him back at extension 129. It was a foreign accent. I believe it is the same person that used officer Allan Brodrick of Federal Trade Commission phone number 347-441-5585.
