Googled this number and found a blog in Spanish about it.   The title is "No pierda su casa. Hay esperanza (HOPE)"   That means, don't loose your house, There is hope.

these people call all the time they speak spanish and when i say i dont speak spanish they just hang up but they still keep calling and hanging up when they hear me speak english i wish i knew what they wanted but i dont speak spanish its frustrating

This guy will not take no for an answer and told him to stop calling my house to take me off his list and stop harrasing me at dinner time!
