I received the exact same text at 12:44 am last night. The site is registered as being in Holland or Amsterdam, so that should give you an indication it is not for legitimate business purposes. Most likely a scam and they are using text or SMS messaging in an attempt to get you to visit a malicious website. That, or the owner of the 612-224-5226 phone had their phone or an application on the phone was hacked and perpetrators are taking advantage of a security flaw. It is hosted by Cloudfare: IP 108.162.199.14
ASN AS13335 CloudFlare, Inc. When you go to the site (please don't do this yourself) it renders a homepage that says "I'm over 18, let's date" and another box you can check that says "Remove me."
