It is the Guthrie. Since they are a non-profit they look for donations to maintain their theater company and help ensure that ticket prices remain affordable to those who might not otherwise be able to experience the Guthrie.

I just received one,too. I am guessing if it is Guthrie Theater it is a marketing call, trying to sell me something like season tickets, I would suppose.

Guthrie makes sense, since I have tickets to a show in a couple weeks, but why no message? If something is wrong I'd expect a message, but if nothing's wrong why call in the first place?
