Yes, it was United Healthcare for me too.  They left a message.

In my instance, this was a call from an outgoing number with UnitedHealthcare, my health care provider.  They requested a callback to another number.  Apparently this no longer belongs to Special Olympics.

Special Olympics. Someone called to see if I would pledge. I said I would. They sent a pledge envelope. I sent the money. They sent another pledge envelope like I hadn't sent the money. Then they finally acknowledged the receipt of the money. Then they started calling all the times. I told one person after being polite and not interrupting the long spiel that I didn't have any more money to give. That did not stop them from calling. They keep calling. Usually I don't answer. I am afraid to answer the phone because it 90% of the time it is someone asking for money for something. I gave to March of Dimes once and they kept hounding me. I will not give to people that keep hounding me anymore.
