They've been calling this whole week and today they decided to text me to cal them. WTF?
I have this other number that keeps calling me as well. I've been on the Do Not Call Registry for over a year and I even send complaints about these scams, but guess what? They don't even stop the calls. And since i'm with virginmobile, I can't block them from calling me!

I have gotten calls many times from this number.

I can't understand how they get around the block function on my cell phone.

I've gotten calls from this number before then they stopped now they have started in again.  It gets tiring to get calls and no message is left.

The criminals behind this operation do not come to this site and even if they did they would have no intention of removing someone that posts here.
I use this site to pass on information that I have gathered and hopefully it will give some insight into these criminal operations. I'm just a poor ignorant uneducated country boy from backwoods Wisconsin who has received more than 300 calls from these scum sucking criminals.

Just a note that WCA Subscriber Services is a different scam than the "Lower your credit card interest rate" scams. However they do share the same phone numbers, so who knows if there is some hidden connection.

The bad news is there are thousands of complaints about this company not stopping the calls not to mention the unresolved complaints from the BBB that can't find a legitimate address for the company. All that can be found is a UPS drop box (The UPS Store #4567 -   2643 Gulf Bay Blvd Suite 1560-411, Clearwater, FL 33759) or a virtual office in Las Vegas (Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC  3651 Lindell Road, Suite D  Las Vegas, NV 89103) with a receptionist answering the phone for multiple non-existent companies.

You are dealing with a company that is owned by a woman in India and registered in Cyprus. If you request to be removed from their calling list and the calls persist then you should continually file complaints with your Attorney Generals office and also file with:

If enough people keep complaining then maybe something will get done. The only option is to go after the companies that are outsourcing to overseas boiler rooms.

Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced the fine. Presley says the fine was against Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC of Carson City, Nev.

The company shall be prohibited from making any calls as a telephone solicitor in Mississippi until the fine is paid in full.

Write your Congressmen and Senators. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in prison, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved.

I got a call from this number today and they didn't leave me a message and when i went to call back there wasn't an answer.

This is an automated message telling you to enter a number on your phone to see if you win a prize. They leave annoying messages on my cell phone and I have to use up my minutes to delete these stupid messages. I reported them to the do not call registry and I hope they get a fine.

I have been getting these calls for several weeks, thinking about buying the block option from ATT for 4.99 a month.  After requesting to be removed off their call list (several times) - I decided today, that I would listen to the message, pressed 2, and got a person...  I called her every name in the book and asked to be taken of the list, she hung up on me..  I will continue to do this, after awhile - I assume the employees will quit..  or they must have thick skin...  I felt better anyway...

I am on the donotcall list.  These people call me daily.  I have tried using the option to opt-out of their calls several times, but they still call.

They answered the phone and I told them the mafia was going to come and shoot hot gasoline up their rear end if they ever callled again, they told me I didn't know were to find them. When I gave them the following information they wet their pants..

Received multiple calls from this number (but they never left a voicemail). Last two calls came 1 minute apart. Picked up and said hello (twice) on the last call (on first ring) and they hung up! Hey 612-254-2831: Stop calling!!

I got this call and answered it and no one was there. I wish who ever it was just stop calling don't want anything from them at all.So who ever you are stop calling all of us so we don't have to put up with this crap.

They have called me for 3 wks in a row now and do not leave a message! Very annoying !

This number has been calling me daily, in violation of my registry on the do not call list, for about 3 weeks. I answered the call once, and it was some automated voice rambling on about medical supplies. Filing complaints hasn't been beneficial yet. I wish those b*****ds would stop calling.

Received call from this number - didn't answer and waited for it to go to vm, however, it never did, just kept ringing.  I had to disconnect the number manually.

I called and if you wait for the message it lets you know that you can unsubscribe from the number. I entered my number but it says it can take up to 5 business days to take effect.. let's hope it works!

Just called me. Decided to return call. automated message saying you have reached WCA customer service. Have no idea what that is but I didn't stay on the line to find out either. looked it up and seems to be some marketing call.
