Called 4/14 9:08am in Canada....just dead air.

Just got a call from them. I pick up and no-one's there, or they hang up.  I'd love to get someone on the line so I could just mess with them and string them along.  This stuff irritates me.

This is the contact I found, indian male named Jerry. His voice mail box......didn't leave a message.....

called may 1/2008 - a man with broken english telling me that he could get me a better rate on my mortgage.  He could not tell me who I had a mortgage with, the rate I was paying, or even if I had a mortgage.  Asked to speak with his supervisor - another man came on with broken english.  I asked that name of the company and he stated " Canada Financial Services" and then he hung up when I asked for their address.  CAlled *69 to get the # 612-256-9958

I've been getting about 3 calls a day from this number for the last week. I'm in Toronto. I finally answered today and the guy said his name was Henry and didn't ask for anyone or know my name, just said, "I tried to call you 2 days ago. You have a mortgage." I said no so he said, "You don't have a mortgage?" and again I said no and he just hung up.

I doubt this is legit telemarketing if they're calling other countries. It's some kind of scam or they're just phishing. I sent the info to PhoneBusters anyway.

These people continue to call me! I've already told them I don't have a mortgage, and to not call me again - but it still continues. Bottom feeders.

Ths one called twicetoday; my phone can reject numbers I've previously listed and they didn't leave a message. I got no answer when I called back to see who would answer.

Just received a call from 612 256 9958. From a very mouthy indian male.....asking about the mortgage I have on my home.....Told him it was now of his business then he went on to tell me how rude I am......kept him on the line for about 10 min.....told him I was going to take up as much of his time as I could, also not to call back and he said he will call even more........I will deal with this jerk somehome....can't block this number with my call privacy option.......

Have called several times, have threaten them with a lawsuit, doesn't seem to bother them.

This number called my boss, and I picked up and there was just silence.  Can you imagine that they are calling a business and bothering us?

They usually hang up. One time they said they were Citizens Financial Services

They've been calling us every 2 hours.

I'm in Ontario Canada. I've had this number call dozens of times with dead air on the other end. I'm sure it's just a dead-drop line and is originating in a sweat shop in india and coming through this number in MN.

MY HUSBAND TALKED TO THE GENTLEMEN WHEN HE CALLED.  HE GOT THE CALL ON THE FIRST RING.  IT A MAN FROM CITI BANK TRYING TO GET PEOPLE TO CHANGE OVER TO THEIR MORTGAGE COMPANY.  SO IF YOU WANT THIS TO STOP THEN CONTACT CITI BANK REPEATEDLY AND TELL THEM TO CEASE AND DESIST.  MY HUSBAND TOLD HIM TO REMOVE US FROM HIS LIST IMMEDIATELY.  IN VIRGINIA WE HAVE VERY STRICT LAWS GOVERNING THIS TYPE OF HARASSMENT.  SO WE WILL SEE IF WE GET ANYMORE CALLS FROM THEM TODAY.  BUT CITI BANK IS GOING TO GET AN EAR FULL FIRST.

these guys have been making me nuts....If you live in Ontario in Canada you can have Bell add Call Screen to your home number for $5/month to block up to 12 numbers. Added and Done.

This number calls be about 5 times a day, noone is ever there.  I tried to call it back, one time did not connect another just rang and rang. Called Verizon, my local phone co here in Va and there is nothing they can do.  The capability of blocking the number is not available in my area yet..figures.. so there is nothing I can do.  According to Verizon it is Financial Rewards Center or Financial Awards Center, some type of Refinancing company but they cant get me a main number to call in Minnesota. Its very frustrating to receive these calls so many times a day and noone on the other end to tell them not to call anymore!!

Yea I keep getting this call everyday and it pisses me off. Pisses me off even more since they don't answer the line when I call but call me all times of the day and night for NO REASON at all. Atleast that I know of. This s**t sucks I see I am nowhere near being alone on this. Guess that's good but bad at the same time.

Same thing.  I pick up and nobody answers.  I am in the Maryland area and they have called me a number of times throughout this month.

I just got a call from them. This is probably they're 20th time calling me. I've only picked up once before. They were asking me about some mortgage thing, and I told them I don't pay mortgage and to stop calling me.

In Toronto, Ontario, Canada area... Got annoying call... something about mortgage... Accent of some kind.  Look Up says Twin Cities, Minnesota.  Didn't sound southern USA to me.  These people are annoying as hell!

Same experience as most people...I answer and it sounds like the person on the other end hangs up.  I call back and get a weird ring tone--two rings, pause, two rings, pause, and so on--but nobody answers.

I answered once, they wanted to know if I was the home owner and went on about mortgage rates. I told them I wasn't interested, they called back several hours later.

This person has called me probably 16 times in the past three weeks and ive missed the call like every time. But one time i answered and no one was talking! I am way creeped out!

Answering machine message at 11:46 from 612-256-9958 dead air and a click.  I am in Ontario, Canada and looked it up only to see Twin Cities MN listed.  Assuming it was a scam or telemarketer I tried the number on Google and found this site.  Guess I was right.  Add me to the list of annoyed!!!

I have receives numerous calls from this number and never receive a voice message.  I believe it to be a fraud scam or tele marketer.

got a call from this number, but when I returned the call it had a strange double ring and no one answered the phone.

I believe this is just a autodial phone - verifying the number is a live number. I expect there will be marketing or campaign survey calls later.  Just a guess
