Keeps calling my office, my voice mail/automated attendant answers, leaves no message. Probably duckes under the do not call list by advertising as something else. Being a telecommunications and bell provider, I know very little can be done for this or calls like this. It sucks. My advice is to wait for a voice, answer there questions, (being either automated or live person), then ask them not to call anymore. All these companys want is to take polls. The scielance you hear is ther automatic dialers waiting to hear someone answer, it's called grunt detection. When the system hears a sound or a voice say "hello" twice, it hands the call over to an operator. But answer a couple of questions, then tell them to take you off ther list, they must do this!!!

Just called the number and too got an man with an india accent claiming to be located in Minnesota.  He claimed to be calling from a Mortgage financial Co.  I asked him to remove my name from his call list and he asked me what number would that be?  I thought every "business" had caller I.D.??  I just told him I would block my number for him.  So annoying!!!!  It turns 6:00 p.m. and within minutes I am getting calls from "5" different telemarketers!!!

Un-f#*king-believable.  Another call from that number.  I just posted a message about the number 1hr 48min ago.  He NOW wanted to help me with my debt problem.  Hello... I am not in debt!  Just tried to call the number back to find out who he would be this time and the call just drops.  Top 10 things that drive a person crazy... #1 - skyrocketing gas prices, #2 - Scamming Telemarketers invadeing our private lives!!! etc.. you get the drift.

I have been getting a ton of calls from this number.  When I call back, it doesnt even ring, just cuts out.  Any legitimacy or is it a scam?

when answered said hello nothing but could tell someone there. i said if your not going to talk don't bother calling this number again. the woman said i should not call her the b word witch i did not. she said for me to come down i said well i don't appreciate saying hello and no response and told her to never call my cell phone again.

Person called me 2 times yesterday and once already today. I have recieved numerous calls from this number earlier and a 712 number. I let it ring so I don't get charged with the pointless call, and after reading these posts, I am about to block it.

I receive a call from this up to twice per day.  I have reported it to AT&T.  Blocked the number so that I don't get a bill from some dot head.

I just received a call at 5:55 AZ Time from 612-392-2384 and it was some fellow with an India accent, I think.  He referred to me by my sons last name even though the phone is listed in my current married name.  He said something "I THINK" was like Ms. Gibson I am calling from Network solutions.  I asked him to repeat what he said about 4 times and he hung up.  He has a really heavy accent so I may be wrong even after hearing it 5 times.  Don't know much other than that.

This was driving me crazy - getting 4 or 5 calls a day from 612-392-2384, when i would pick up only get dead air.  When i called the number back , i would get disconnected right away.  The number is owned by GLOBAL CROSSING-NY, i called them and they sold this number to SMART NET Telecom.  Their website is smartnet.mu, and .mu domains are from Republic of Mauritius.  When i called SMART NET @ 1-866-701-8888, the first few times it was busy, but i finally got thru.  A man answered saying "This is Drew," and I asked if this was smart net, and he said it was.  I advised him of the situation and he said he would take care of it, but i am writing this a 1/2 hr later so we shall see.

they called me and were asking for my credit card number to verify that i was in debt. i was like "yeah right"

same as above, just got called today.  First time for me.

I get a call twice a day on my cell phone, they hang up after 2 rings, no message. I called it back and it hung up on me.

I got a call from this number too, my gut feeling is that these guys are connected to the nigerian scheme operating out of Montreal , with a local "branch " in the financial center in Mineapolis,Mn.

Received this call for several days now. I have black listed the number, however it goes to my answering machine. There were no messages until today. The message wasn't a voice, but in the background it sounded like a gun range. The only thing I heard is what sounded like gunshots. the message went on for approx. 15 secs.

Calls and no one is there.  Does not leave a message.

Just got a call from this number.  No message left on my answering machine.  Probably a scam.

Same here but usually get the calls at work. I wont answer unknown calls either whether the number shows up or not.

Just recieved yet another call from this mysterious number. I actually answered this time. After saying hello twice, a woman (with an accent. Not sure from where, though. I'm bad at accents. I'm also unsure why I feel a need to mention her accent, haha.) asked for my dad or another homeowner available. Strange, strange, strange. And annoying.

I would like to stop receiving call from this phone number. I get at least three calls a day and am very upset. I am going to file a police report in order to stop calls from this number.

612 392 2384 - They just called me, but I didn't answer.

Caller claimed to be with a Financial Advisor group and wanted to talk about my mortgage.  I said no thank you and that was that.

INDIAN GUY SAYS I OWE A TON OF MONEY, AND IN DEBT.I SAID, WRONG PARTY. I CALLED BACK, AND AN INDIAN GIRL, ANSWERED AS "CUSTOMER SERVICE." THEY ARE TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY FROM PEOPLE.

This number calls me over 5 times a day and has been doing so since about 2 weeks ago. Supposedly they are a debt consolidation company. I have been registered with Do Not Call for months now and they still call. I first started answering and politely asking to remove me number from their call list but then they just called more. I have now filed a complaint on Donotcall.gov and informed this 612-392-2384 that I am registered with Do not call and will be filing a complaint. I also threatened to file a complaint with the better business bureau and haven't heard from them since. I suggest answering and telling them you’re registered with Do Not Call and then threaten to complain. Worked for me!

Got this call around 4:20pm today. Answered, got an indian gentleman who informed me he was calling to assist me with debt I owed. Funny thing is, I don't owe a damned thing. I told him that and he sounded very flustered and hung up on me.

I work for a major telecom and intend on filing a report with the FCC regarding this.

Called me at my office. I wasn't there. Left a 37-second message of silence. No caller ID info available. Google'd the number and ended up here leaving this note.
