I've filed a complaint with the FCC and I would encourage everyone to do the same so that this company can be fined or something

Got a call on landline on 11/05/08 1:30 PM EST.  Did not answer because it originated in Minnesota.  They left no message,

It was a recorded message from a jeffrey wilkinson and it was a mortgage company about loan modification for people who are behind on their mortgages and are facing foreclosure.  Funny--they left the message on Sunday night and even the voice recording said about the unusual time that they were calling but their "normal" business hours were M-F from 9-5 (so why were they in on the weekend?--would you be in on the weekend if your schedule was M-F?)  Strange!
I didn't call them or do I plan on it.

Called my cell phone and asked if I had a mortgage. I asked several times who they were and then they hung up.

Guy with a thick accent said his name is kevin and asked for someone I have never hear of.  When I told him that he had the wrong number, he said wait and let me check the number.  I told him NO! and hung up.  I tried to call the number back and the call would not go thru.

I got a call on my home number on 11/4/08 8:30 pm EST.  I said 'hello' three times and they just hung up on me.   what's the deal?

I got a call from this number as well.  The person told me that he was from Financial Advisors Group.  He was trying to offer me a mortgage refinance @ 3%  I finally just hung up on him.  I tried googling this company name, but couldn't seem to find anything reputable.

Keeps calling and never leaves message or anything. When i answer it they ask me all kinds of questions about my mortgage.

I just received a call from this number.  First asked for person that was at my number 3 years ago and then asked about my mortgage. Also trying to offer me a mortgage refi @ 3%.  I told him I didn't believe him and please take me off the calling list.  He then hung up.

These people called my phone on 11/13/2008 and they are very annoying.

This number just called my landline and it only rang 2 times and hung up.

This # keeps calling me too, asks for Lori & Dimitri Collins...whom I have never heard of in my life. Tonight when I told the caller he had a wrong # the guy actually called me a liar! I was so angry that I demanded to speak to a supervisor. Someone going by the name of Eddie Parker got on the line. He said the company name is Financial Advisory Group but refused to give me a phone #, Email, address or any other contact info for the company. He said they are in Baltimore Md but when I asked what stree said he did not know. Eventually hung up on me & now when I redial this # the call will not go through.

Got call from this number on cell phone. Did not answer because had no idea who they were. Now I am glad because of comments on this site.

calls my cell phone often. i always miss the call. called back and it rings a wierd ring. no one picked up.

Call landline twice on 11/03, I heard a click as I picked up the receiver.

I have filed a complaint with the FCC and I would recommend that everyone else does the same.  We can write on this website all day long but it won't accomplish anything.  If everyone takes action by contacting the FCC then we will get results and its free.

Received several calls and one again last night.  I answered but put the call on mute.  A few seconds later the guy said my name and asked me to speak up or if he should come over!!!!!!!   WTF is that?????

Called on my cell phone. Person asked for me by my middle name which only friends call me by wayne.

Filing with the FCC is useless. Nothing will be done. Each of you should contact the local Sheriff's dpt or Pd and ask for thier computer crimes division. Then file a police report via the phone with the detective. this is an attempted fraud, which is a crime and since they ahve our personal information, a case of identity theft may also be made. Once enough complaints are registered with ana ctual law enforcement agency, then they might involve the feds, but nevertheless, cops will take action whereas filing an e-complaint on an anonymous website that no one pays attention to will not.

They called me too! I get a call from 612-392-238 every day during the week. No one ever answers, as soon as I say hello it hangs up. Can't wait to tell them off.

Multiple calls to cell, unknown number so did not pick up, they never leave a message

called my lanline. my daughter asked who was calling, he rudely asked her why do you want to know that. she gave the phone to me. said he was calling from financial services group. told him no thank you, i was not interested and hung up, he called back twice to harrass me as to why i humg up on him. my daughter is now afraid to answer the phone!

i get a call from thsi number a couple times a day i say helloo noone says anything thenthe line goesd dead, i call it back and it just clicks then hangs upo

Called my house phone.  Did not answer since I was at work.  There was a message.  A small click sound and then 20 seconds of dead air.

asked for mr.weight, not his phone, will not stop calling. i'm from pa the number was from minnesota

these idiots called my place of WORK and left no message.  From what you all are saying above...they ARE absolute morons if they are looking for suckers with mortages to refinance since they called a business number.  tools.

this number is calling me day after day and hanging up.  One time said something strange. who is this?????????????
