My parents have been receiving phone calls from this number every so often. They do not leave a message. They do have medical bills from when each of them were in the hospital. They also had one bill taken to court recently. They are on a fixed income and do not have the $$$$ to even get home heating oil for heat!! How in the heck can they pay those medical bills, plus pay all of the other bills they have, buy food, pay the mortgage, pay for their medication, and pay for insurance to cover what medicare does not cover?!!  I cannot work due to health problems! I tried getting SSI, Disability and other forms of help but was turned down! Why? Because they thought I was FAKING IT!! They did not come right out and say it, but implied it!! Because my health conditions took a turn for the worse after I applied! That is why I cannot help my parents financially, now! I have already given them all of my savings, turned in all my savings bonds, what ever I get from saving soda cans and what I get by finding coins on the ground! lol  Heck it isn't much, but every little bit helps them out.

Mom gets upset about these calls, but dad he gets ticked off, because we are on the do not call list. They do not understand why they do not leave a message if they are from a collection agency! If they would leave a message and say who they are, what company they are from, what they want, who the bill is for, and who the bill is owed to, especially when someone answers the phone!  Then people wont be so mad when they call! Also if they wouldn't call several times a day, in some instances, and then when people contact them to inquire why they are calling they are rude and then transfer them to a recorded message!

If they threatened you by saying: "It will only get worse!"  My response would have been: "Then you will be hearing from my attorney!" and then hang up! I bet the phone calls will stop after that! lol

I had an experience from an "Debt Collector", they kept harassing me over a bill that should have been paid by where I worked, but work never turned it into their insurance carrier!  It took almost 3 years from the time I got hurt to the time I finally got it cleared up!! It did take a lawyer getting involved sending letters to both where I worked at that time and the collection agency to stop the phone calls!

Another experience I had was when a car I had was "taken back" according to the Collection agency/bank But was actually returned to the dealership because we could not afford the payments. IIt was a lease I believe. The bank sold the car and then wanted us to pay the difference!! Our lawyer told us to tell then bank to "F' Off!! They Sold the car! They got less than what the car was worth, it is their loss! It is not our responsibility!"  We damn near fainted when the lawyer told us that! lmao SO that is what we told them! But when we refinanced our mortgage we had to payoff another car that my mom and dad had temporarily reposed! And that other car was also included in, but at a reduced amount!

Keeps calling business help desk with no response.

Also identified as Integrity Solutions.  They asked if this was <NAME> then asked me to provide my address, ssn, birthday, etc.  As with Kim, when i asked what it was with regards to, they wouldn't provide me with any information until i provided my personal information.  I spoke with a supervisor (allegedly) and I was told that they can't disclose confidential info without me verifying who I am.  

Just Got a call from these dingus' and when i called them back this wench answered and somehow knew right off the bat who i was, and asked me to verify my Date of Birth. I asked who it was, and she said Integrity solutions, and i asked what they do and how they have my info she said "I'd be happy to tell you that information, after you verify some information." Confused, I calmly said, I don't understand why you have my information and won't talk to me, and she was like, OK well you can call back when you feel more comfortable.. Wtf?

Three years ago ..I received my first hang up for this company. I blocked the number/ Nothing for a year and yesterday BAM back again. DO NOT PICK UP!

Identified themselves as Integrity Solutions and refused to even tell what kind of business they were until I gave them some personal information. They wouldn't even say if they were a financial business or a soup company.

This F****ard called my daughter and is harassing her telling her he knows her name and where she lives, He better not show his face...

I have people calling me, for a person with the same name, who used to live in my town, now they google the guy's name and my info comes up, and once you square it with one of these scum bags, they sell it to another, and it just goes on and on.  I not only get phone calls for this guy, I also receive his bills in the mail, to include his child support invoices, collection agencies, and even correspondence from the IRS.  However, its the phone calls that bother me the most, they call at all hours of the day and night.

I have found the answer to all these annoying calls, it's called the Call Blocker, and it works great. I was looking for the solution to these phone calls, for years, and this is the best solution I have found yet. I bought mine on ebay, and it works like a champ.

This number keep calling my house phone and even at my work.... It's so annoying and this is HARASSMENT... They don't have the right to call any office number....

someone called at my work number.  This is illegal!!!! They should not be calling a work number.

I have no debt other than a mortgage and I'm not behind....not sure why they call me four times a day...never leave a message and most times when I have answered it's a dial tone.

Recently, I was able to start paying some of the medical collections I owe to clean up my credit. After I reached out to the legitimate companies LISTED ON MY CREDIT REPORT I started getting numerous phone calls from out of town numbers I didn't recognize. No messages were left and I did not pick up. They call about 2 times a day. So after looking though the posts on this website I realize that they are from Pinnacle. I have done a little research on this company and it looks like they are fraudulent. DO NOT give them any of your personal information or money! The numbers I have on my phone are 612-424-3217, 507-201-4088, and 320-310-0691. It looks like they found out I was paying off my debt and are trying to get a piece of the action. My advice to you: if you are looking to make good like I did, get a credit report and look who is reporting. You can get FREE reports at www.annualcreditreport.com . This site is made up by the 3 credit bureaus Transunion, Experian, and Equifax. You can get a free report from each bureau once a year (no score).

Been getting calls from this number for the past 5 days. Every time I answered the line was silent. Called back today and asked them to remove me from their database, they said it would take 24 hours. Very shady stuff.

Contact the f.t.c federal trade comm. tell them you are doing this also. give the number to the f.t.c i assure you it will stop. they can be sued if comaints of harrassment are filed. and they know this. i promise it will stop.

Just called the number back.  Integrity Solutions Services formally known as Pinnacle Financial Group. Also has several other numbers that they call from.

Received multiple calls from this number at both my cell phone and work phone. No one responded when I picked up.

Its a medical collections agency.  I owe a bill but I am on bed rest making no money which I explained I would pay it off within the month as my medical leave will start paying she told me to barrow from a friend, I was disgusted.  I told u when my expected pay date was and to call me then so I can pay it off.  There's nothing else I can do.  Calls have continued from 7am-almost 10pm on home phone and cell atleast 7 times a day.  I am filing with the better business bureau as its moved to harassment.

This # calls ALL THE TIME - weekends, holidays, late at night, early in the morning, non-stop, never leaving messages.

If they are a debt collector they certainly don't want their money very badly as they never leave a message....never. Who does that???

These people have called me over and over!  When I do answer, nobody is there.  I believe this company uses numerous different numbers, local, long distance and 800 numbers.  Most annoying!

Several calls from this number. Called it back and got a "Pinnacle Group" collecting for Christie Dental Group. Told this group I would take it up with the creditor and the guy got rude and told me that it's been in their office for quite some time and if I don't clear it up it will get worse! Really????? SMH!!!!

Caller calls my home all hour of the day and night and no one at the other end of the line  Please help me stop this.

got a call at 8:08 am and when I answered, it sounded like the woman on the other end was shocked. She said something financial group. I supposed it was a collection agency. They just skirt the law with the times they call.
