I got the same text this morning at 5 am.  How on earth can this be allowed?

Got a text message from them:  "Your entry last month has WON!  Go to http:/TargetsPrizes.com/ and enter code 4788 to claim your FREE $1000 Target Gift Card within 24 hours."  I never entered a contest with target.  Obviously a scam.
