Called at 9:19 p.m., 9:21 p.m. and 9:23 p.m. Told them I live in NY and collection calls can not be made after 9:00 p.m. Nasty woman wouldn't tell me what this was about. Didn't want to believe that I lived in NY. Didn't she have the info? Just said, "Well, what time do you want me to call back?" Is this a scam?
