i called them back [they didn't leave a message when they called me ] only to get a recording that reports that their 'inbox is full and not accepting any more messages...'

I have called repeatedly from this number every day and I'm really tired and wanted to know who it is.

Though I live in the UK, I had several INTERNATIONAL missed calls, and one from this number (we occasionally get proper, returnable CLI on international calls). No idea what they wanted, and it fell through to my answering machine, who didn't leave a message.

they have called me from this number as well abd won't say anything when i answer i owe credit cards anyone else??? wonder if it goes deeper they say private creditors spy on you more than the feds i would like to trace them and burn their facility down lol

this number called me when i call back it won't go though is this a scam.

I've gotten to calls from them today.  I've ignored both, which is probably a good idea based on what I'm reading here.

They have called me 2x today. Did not answer. But did call back on my work number and it is a recording saying "all circuits are busy now. please try your call again later." Hopefully blocking with registering at the do no call site.

They're calling the UK now as our law doesn't cover foreign companies. Called me just now and they hung up as soon as I answered. Pity we don't have a do not call in the UK but whoever they are they've done nothing yet to stop them.

This one rang my partner's number yesterday. Caller ID had a mistake. Going to block it now.

I am getting phone calls from this number at least once a day and it's getting ridiculous.

This number repeatedly calls my minor daughters phone with a prerecorded message to lower a credit card interest rate. I answered it today and pressed 1 to tell them they are calling a minors phone and to take it off their call list. The woman that answered got snotty with me when I interrupted her to tell her the phone belonged to a minor and take it off their call list. She hung up on me before I could get my point across to her. I did not bother to try to call the number back since I wasted enough minutes just to be hung up on. I will be filing a complaint on donotcall.gov and every other website I can find to leave a complaint on about this number.

I just got a call from this number.. They left a voicemail that sounded like it started from the middle of some sort of recording, talking about lowering rates and such.  Called back to see what it was after reading this page.  I got a message saying that the mailbox is full and cannot take anymore.  I find it odd that they just called, but don't answer calls?!  I have had missed calls from this number before, but this is the first I've gotten a voicemail from it!

I am at work and while we are allowed to have our cell phones turned on during business hours our boss really doesn't want us to receive too many personal calls. So imagine my dismay when I received 2 calls within 10 minutes of each other from this number while helping a client this morning. I like some of you called the number back thinking if who ever called that close in time it must be important and I was not realizing who's number it was. Said the mailbox was full so I googled it and found out what you all did...I am going to next go on donotcall.gov like the previous writer offered...

I just had this number call me and left an automated message to lower intrest.

Just got a call from this number at work, I don't have enough reception to call back but judging by what I read I'm not going to waste me time even bothering with this number.

called me three times so far, twice yesterday at 11 am and 4 pm. once today at noon.  i never answer, and no voicemail is ever left.  whenever i go to call back i get an automated voice that says "the number you dialed is not in service at this time."

Junk call.  I've added to my block list so will not hear it ring again.

I have received a call from this number three times on my cell; twice yesterday and once today.  Curiosity got the better of me and I actually answered today.  As soon as I heard the words, "interest rate" I hung up as my cell is not used as a contact number for any of my banking dealings.  First instinct is that it's a credit card phishing scheme; please don't fall victim.

this number has called afew times, how can we stop this or get these f***ers arrested, i called back once to anther number that always calls and i said stop calling , u people are gona burn in hell, your pissing people off, and the a**hole said, "you think that is going to stop us" there not legit, there a f***ing scam, i want one round with this guy,,,pleaase...

I get the same calls on my NEW cell phone number. Its a recording offering me a chance to lower my interest rates. How did they get my new cell phone number? I haven't even had the chance to give my new number to my mom. Steaky Rats!

I gets recorded messages every week asking if I want to reduce my interest rate.  When I press 1 to speak to someone (to get my number OFF their list!), it's just a loop back to the original message.

11/10/09 - 11:53 am eastern time - Just got a call from this number - offering health insurance for $3.00/day. I hung up - then googled the number and found this page. Thanks for the info. I won't speak to them or call back - but if we can find out who's doing this, I'll certainly line up to take a number and kick their butts!

I just got a call from that number and the intro talks about lowering your CC interest rate, when I pressed 1 to talk to an operator I got Pamela, when I told her I wanted my number removed from there list I got a hang up..
