a woman called here last night offering healthcare; wouldn't say the name of her company nor where the company is located; so i tracked them down from caller id and found out they're in the twin cities in MN under the name "peerless network".  Beware of "pretend" healthcare companies, and trust ONLY insurance companies you know which are offering the affordable healthcare coming into effect online this october.  Found out there are nearly 30 reported complaints reported to BBB by desperate people who do not know that Peerless is not a member of BBB.  Scam artists who could make waaaaaaaaaay more money becoming hookers (male or female) rather than scam telemarketing.  Either way, they'd end up in jail.

Called my cell as well. Cell has asked Fax machine to call them back and get more info. Fax machine has been told by their automated answering service ,  "WCA Subscriber Services and we do not take private calls" . Fax is confused and can only beep back at them. Kind of a bummer when you hide behind technology isn't it?

Flipped over to a call waiting, didn't pay attention as I was waiting on a incoming call.

First started off with, don't hang up...(lol) and speeled off with birth defects and if I or someone had one and is an important message.. I hung up.  BS..

The call from 612 808.9783 is from a company which is leased through PEERLESS NETWORK OF MINNESOTA, LLC - MN. They have a couple of numberrs which you should call to remove you from this 'customer' as well as Peerless' dB. Those numbers are:

What is a little unsettling to me is, if you go to Peerless' website, on the CONTACT page is the following: Law Enforcement: Service of Subpoena Information.

In other words, Peerless is NO STRANGER to 'funny business.' IF you live near them, I'd go there, and YELL AT THEM.

Since I'm in NYC, the bet I can do (and I can and WILL) is put them on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, and, notify Peerless I've done so - and, if I receive ANY more communication from ANY Peerless related companies, I'll take legal action (and, with a registered number on DO NO CALL, you can).

I got this call two days in a row from this number and (999) 910-0103 I didn't answer the calls but I called this number back (612) 808-9783 and it was a recording, I was able to get off there call list. They said I enrolled in the phone calls in Sept but just by calling them back I was able to stop them from calling me anymore!

I got  a call saying they are WCA and to press three if opted out.  I hung up...could have been a scam. Everyone should place their cellphone number on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  telemarketers must scrub their call lists before dialing.  $2500 fine for violations. worth a try.  go on line for "do not call registry" to the official government website.  there's a place for cell phones. after I registered, my voice mail said: "this number is on the do not call registry; telemarkets hang up or be fined $2500.  Others proceed to leave a message."  They all hung up; only those who knew me got through.

Got a call from these schmucks today.  I'm on Do Not Call but this does not seem to matter to these low lifes.  Naturally, I'll be filing a complaint with Do Not Call and also FCC.  There is a $1100.00 fine *per occurrence* for violation of Do Not Call.  Complaints made thru FCC seem to be more effective, so please consider notifying them if you get these spam calls (from anyone).

I just got a call from this number also...on my cell phone!  This is the second call I've gotten today from some strange number and I don't give out my number.  How are these telemarketers or whoever they are,  getting my number?

They called my cell phone. I played along with them and they said i could get money from a injury witch i never had. They wanted to transfer me to someone else but when i wanted mor information ,they hung up.

I called it back and got an automated message asking if i wanted to win a $2,500 trip to cancun, and that my name was seleected....and to "press 3 to be removed from the list." when i pressed 3 it said "you have  not selected a valid choice" so it's a total scam obviously.

Unfamiliar number to a phone that I only use for communications with three people, so I didn't answer it.  About the only thing it can be is a telemarketer.

My phone is on the do not call list for telemarketers and I'm still getting calls.

The voicemail said something about having been in an accident and entitled to compensation.  Not sure where they get their information but clearly wrong in this case.  Certainly a telemarketer.
