fax calls from 613-249-3233 and 613-249-3234 back-to-back for over 30 minutes continuously on 6-18-14 at 9:47 pm EDT. started up again this morning at 6:25 am EDT for another 30 minutes non-stop. only answered the first call. i thought that all telemarketers, voice or fax, had to call during business hours. guess i am wrong. very irritating.

Probably something for a generic Viagra type pill!  Fortunately I am able to block the #.

I have received calls from this number.  I would not answer since caller ID said unknown.  However,  I did try calling back a few times and either got a busy signal after it didn't even sound like it was ringing, or I would get hang ups. Just another of, I can't tell you how many annoying phone calls I have been getting from different numbers every day.

I get this call over and over why don t they do something about this?

How can I stop these calls?  I receive them repeatedly.  They're not coming to my fax line, and there are only repeated beeping sounds.

If I could only find my magic wand I could stop these calls myself.  Now if I learned how to say Abracadabra I wouldn't need the wand.

this number is a nuisance.  calls every few days and its apparently sending a fax.  is there anyway the owner of this number can be reported?  I know it shows calling from Ottawa.

IT'S A SCAM, BUT IT'S NOT FROM APOTEX

I have been receiving "fax" calls from various numbers since we moved into our house 1 year ago!  Some days they will call numerous times, and my message machine will be filled with annoying beeps.  Other posts mentioned the company Apotex Pharmaceuticals, from Canada, so I found this contact information online.   However, when I called the company they were very nice and they confirmed numerous complaints about these fax calls but stated they were not originating from their company.  They have launched an investigation, and determined it is a SCAM from another company, but they have so far been unable to trace where it is coming from.  They are continuing their investigation.  DO NOT reply to the faxes with any personal information.  Unfortunately, I don't know how to STOP the stupid calls, and it seems like the scammers are bouncing their originating information from company to company, as I have seen other posts mention different company names that come through on the actual faxes.

they call all day long for the people that had my phone number before and it's a goddamn fax machine.just called 3 times in ten minutes

I got a call from this number, and all I heard was beeping, like a fax machine. I called back and got no connection. They called back after that. I didn't answer this time, and I got a voicemail saying "Hello, hello, hello, hello, hello?!"

Same as everyone else.  Beeping sound.  This # calls me at least once a week and when I return the call it doesn't dial out.

This no. called three times before 6:30 am.  Call back was beeping noise!

Received 3 phone calls from this number starting at 3 in the morning. Fax machine on the other end. Please stop.

Received 3 calls within half an hour from this number. Seems to be a fax. But.... be careful. Can also be (and I do not know whether that is the case or not...) a trick to let you call this number back. And that can be an expensive call, which you initiated yourself, and thus can be charged. Or is it really, as reported 31jan14 Apotex, making some mistake ?

Seriously, ...3 calls in the middle of the night....and more during the day....ENOUGH!  Sounds like a fax beeping noise when message is played back! Will report number to DCR next.
