I wonder if all the people being harassed are only on a Bell landline.? The phone company should have some way of following that line back and blocking all calls from it. Otherwise how are they getting our numbers in the first place. I too have yelled at them. They are now just messing with me. The same person has called me twice today alone. It is a daily occurence.

What we all have to do is purchase a whistle when they call give them an ear full. That my stop the calls for a while, if not someone is going to the doctors to get ears fixed,,

This Asian individual possibly from India or Pakistan called several times and this pain hung up when I told him I will report him. When I asked him where he is calling from, he said Mississauga. Duh a 613 code what a dummy.

Likely , the DO NOT CALL LIST is likely sold to these scammers so they have the correct phone #s to call , and all BELL wants is their $ every month.

Super Air Duct Cleaning again...  A guy with an Indian accent has been calling me on and off for a couple years now.  New number, same scam.

Does anyone where these guys work out of?  Is it just a scam operation out of India, or do they actually have an office in the 613 area?  I'd like to put these guys out of business Bruno style.

I speak different language to these people. They erase me from their list.

Also received several calls from 613-24-3327.  If I answer, there is a long pause, leading me to believe they are telemarketers.  Aagh!  Very annoying.  Most of the time, I don't answer if I see the number on the display.  Our number is on the 'Do not call list' .  Effective????

This is a duct cleaning service who keep on calling although we have repeatedly told them we are not interested.  The name appears as Unknown Caller but it is them.  They are very annoying and I wish I could block them

Within the last 4 days I have received 12 calls from this air duck cleaning company.  I have lodged a complaint with the CRTC this morning, I know this will not help the situation.  Our residence number is on the DNCL also.  With the government we have nothing will happen.

Called for the third time (just today), spoke in a very strong foreign accent and said "Is this the residence of (completely unintelligible)", and then hung up on me even BEFORE I got out "I can't understand you at all!". Know from previous calls that this is a supposed "duct cleaning" service. It is a DEFINITE scam.

I find it sooooooooooo frustrating.  I'm looking for work right now so of course I answer calls from my own area code, but I don't want to be bothered by stupid telemarketers that can barely speak english.

They are harrassing us and I have asked them over 30 times to remove out phone number from from their files they hang up and they keep calling. You can't call the number back and i don;t know what else to do.

A guy who sounds Indian calls me at least three times a week offering  air duct cleaning. I waste his time asking him about my hair ducts. I ask him if he's a doctor and if blocked hair ducts caused me to go bald. I beg him t help me regrow my hair. He gets quite frustrated trying to explain  that he's talking about air ducts. I have tied him up for  20 minutes. After a while he quits and hangs up. It always seems to be the same guy.

This number has been calling here for the past two weeks.  Today, the guy not only laughed when I told him I was on the DNCL, he said there was nothing I could do to stop him, and then he began making comments of a sexual nature.  When I informed him I was going to report the call, he proceeded to rhyme off my name home address etc., veiled threat I guess.

Phoned the CRTC and filed an official complaint.

Phoned bell canada, they said call the police.

Yes ABIBE and his relatives are back in biz in the 613 area , 4 calls this morning, 6 yesterday and 2 last night and BELL CANADA will not do anything about it.

They have been calling my house 2 times a day for 2 weeks. I also would love to block them

Keep geting this number calling as well. It''s getting annoying and I have gotten to the point of when the numbr comes up on the call display I don't answer it.  I have asked them to take me off the calling list and it was a indian or pakistian young man saying that they could not do that that they had the right to call if they want....  Yeah right so now they just get no answer from anyone here at my place OR the answering machine

The duck cleaners are back. They keep calling and are using a 613 area code. They just called 5 minutes ago. I happen to have an electronic guitar tuner on hand, I just turn it on and let him have an earful of high pitch noise. That kinda vented my frustration.

Perhaps everyone who comes on this page and sees that we are all being harassed should file a complaint with CRTC and also send a message to the people at W5 and see if they can do soemthing about this  -  bad enohgh when people just try to sell you things, but these "people" are rude and even when you say you reported them, they keep calling because I guess their tactic is to harass people until they give in  - otherwise, why curse at people and treat them as they do when you know they would not buy your services

I dealt with these jerks previously and the (expletive) woman kept telling me she did not care that I was on DNCL and did not care that she was in violation, she would keep calling me back.  The CRTC is not fining the duct cleaning company no matter how many complaints they get and so they are arrogant - the fact that they can call you parents names like that shows they have no fear of fines - it is disgusting.

duct cleaners again - I have yelled at them in the past (cursed in the end) and they left me alone for a while, but now they are harassing again - damn CRTC will not do anything about it either - I told them 2 days ago I will report them again to CRTC as I am on DNCL and never had business with them.  They must laugh about that because CRTC is ineffective - they should fine the company these jokers are calling on behalf of rather than let them continue to harrass us
