I have 2 cell numbers and I thought it was really weird that I got a text from this number from some Amanda about posting pics. I think it is very rude and inappropriate that such texts should be sent blindly, not knowing who the recipients are or worst still, if they are interested or not!

yep just got this text as well  today..out of no where..
i just don't get how htey get my number. i have never had this problem prior to getting a package with rogers no one ever texted me before that i didn't know and very little people use my cell i use it for emergencies only.

Unwanted text and unwarranted information...this is bad news stuff and can jeopardize peoples relationships!! It is about a dating site.

"Hey its Amanda. I just made a profile on www.casualdatescanada.com. I added some pics too." I got this message too, its not good.

I got the Amanada text too!  Rogers told me to send them a text message back saying only "Stop"  I tried to do this but the text would not go !  Now that is really ANNOYING when they can text and bother me and I can't  tell them to stop it.  Thank you for giving me a place to vent!

Got this text.  Saying Hey It's Amanda, I joined hookupsincanada.com and posted some pics also.  Very annoying to get spam on my phone!

didnt get a call but a text from " Amanda" saying she put a profile with pics on www.hookupincanada.com
