Called here and left a "blank" voice mail an hour ago with the noise of a call center.

Blank messages are harassment in my books.  It is time the laws catch up to that.

As no id and no real message, this is a scam artist or telemarketer.

This is some duct cleaning company that calls without Caller ID - I don't do business with hiding behind a mask (ie. no caller ID)
