They left a message on my daughters cell phone a very rude lady said her name was Ms White a recover agent and   so & so (left some guys name) or his attorney had better call her right away regarding a matter with the BUCKLE Acct.   I called this so called Ms White and told her that I had no idea who the heck she was asking for and she had better stop with the rude/threating  calls??  

Just received a call from 614-212-7509.  Didn't answer so get a call from "restricted."  Very rude lady.  Threatening me with bankruptcy if I did not tell her my attorney's name.  I ended up hanging up on her.

The MOST suspicious thing about these calls is that they don't leave any company name, just threatening voice mails to have your attorney call immediately. Good thing I live in Texas where you can yell and scream all you want, you can't garnish bank accounts or wages. We have gotten behind on some bills due to my ill health and we work with people who will work with us, but threats will get them NOTHING!! I LOVE Texas.

Not received any legal notice, and no contact with this bank. Saved voice mail for evidence.

Caller left 800 number for my attorney to call. 614 area is Ohio.

Previous AT&T land line account name was "gloria smith" in 1990's, only connection to Criminal caller.

I spoke with someone and got a voicemail saying the were Community Bank calling about my Lane Bryant account I closed 3 years go.  They offerred a 60% settlement but that's more than the max on the card and I think a lot are the suspicious fees they added on, and they said payments need to start this month so it can stay in-house and not go to an attorney.  Anyone makes requests like this ask for documentation of the debt and a copy of the agreement in writing before making payments.

I got a call and they were looking for a Maria...no one here my that name.  Scary part was that this Maria they were looking for had my ss and hm phone #.  I immediately call credit bureaus and had my ss put on fraud alert list.

received three calls today and the last one coming at 10 pm....I am in North Carolina in the military and have a Washington number.....they were rude and stated they were looking for Angie which was the wrong number.  Clerk stated I would not be removed from the listing because that was the number that was on the account.  Had this phone for six years and I don't even know any one with this name.

left voicemail stating it was an agen banks and to call back at 800-695-7444, says she was calling for WFNB (world financial network bank)
