Called us twice in the middle of the night last night (nearly 4:00 AM) and then called this afternoon about 5 PM. When I picked up the second call last night, the male caller sounded very confused. After this afternoon'e call, I called last-caller-ID and got the same caller number I got in the middle of the night. The line was busy when I tried automatic callback.

This might be a Skype online number set to behave as a number in Columbus, OH. The mystery caller dials out via Skype on his PC. When you try to ring back, you cant get through. I think there is a problem calling this number from a land line in Columbus. I set up a (614) 364-XXXX Skype (SkypeIn) number for a friend to call me on my PC from Columbus, but he can't reach me on this. Yet I can dial this from my mobile phone and my online PC Skype phone receives the call.
Perhaps your land line calling plan does not permit calls to 364-prefixed numbers. Try it from a mobile !

I've been getting calls from this number off and on for the past couple months.  It's always the same woman on the other end -- she always calls late at night (often after midnight).  I can never understand what she's saying.  Sometimes the caller ID shows 252-152-3649, but it's always the same woman.

I received a call from this number. I looked it up to see if it was someone important...I guess not. The first time it rang once and unavailable showed up on my cell then second time only seconds after it rang all the way through. I rarely ever answer calls im unfamiliar with because i usually receive random calls from folks in India at all hours of the day and night.

I think it indicates the call is from overseas. When I've gotten calls from China and India, that's the number that popped up.

Hi this number representing international call. Like if any body calls from India your caller ID displays local number. My family members are calling me and directly from their cell phone to my cell and i am getting this number. I think this is some king of routing  issue.

person calls between 1am and 1pm   everyday

I got a call from this number few on 1st of Feb. I did not pick it up. I tried calling back but it gave me a message that please check the number.

I had the same experience few days back

I, too, got a call from 614-364-7600.  When I answered, it was my sister (who, of course, has an entirely different number and lives about 50 miles from me).  I asked her where she was and she was at her home.  After we talked, I tried calling the number back and it said the call could not be completed at this time.

I have received calls from this number some 10-15 times in the last two days. No one leaves a message, tried calling back and got a message saying call can not be completed. Whats going on where?

It's just how some intl calls are routed -- I just heard from my brother in India and this # showed up.  I got three calls.  The first two with this # and I couldn't talk to anyone.  The third time my brother's intl phone# showed up and I was able to talk.

Calls from this number, but no message. Has anyone found out who they are??

A couple of times when this caller id showed up it was actually an incoming international call, for some reason I think they are kind of routed through this number. This happened a couple of months ago.
But today I got this call 3 times and I did not answer it and there was no message left on the answering machine.

Got a call at 9:34 this morning. I missed it. No message.

Received a call at 8:13 this AM, no message.

Called @ 1:10 pm, no one spoke. Called again and I let it go to the machine and no message was left

I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER MIDDLE OF NIGHT AND NO ONE RESPONDS. I GOT THIS COUPLE OF TIMES LAST NIGHT

Got a call from this number at 4:30 am, called back unable to reach number. what the hell? Called the number and it said it oculdnt be reached. I suspect caller id spoofing software. It generates the number it wants you to see, yet isnt actually the number that is being called from.

Just like last time, two calls at around 4 AM, once with unintelligible speech by a man with a thick accent, the second time with nothing--just a hangup.

I did a little research: Broadvox LTD is a Cleveland based company that uses the internet to place phone calls...which is probably appealing in making cheap international phone calls. Here is an article I found that mentions Broadvox LTD about halfway down the page.
