Received numerous calls from this vendor 'Credit Consultation'. I was ignoring them then I picked the phone up and requested that they not call. They called back 3 times in the next 5 minutes. Two days later, the same company again - this time 2x in 1 minute. I am now pursuing them legally in small claims court. I heard that this works.

Let them call you! Sign up! Fill my pockets! I dont know why the insider is running their mouth about what pays our bills as CC employees.
the insider 2011-06-06 20:52:37 Unknown
LMAO... my inability to spell didn't seem to bother you when you promoted me to SENIOR DEBT ADVISOR. Dumb a**. Also maybe you should look at your manager who was hired in from a FISH store... who can't even form a sentance! At least my "inability" lies in the fact that I type fast and don't double check my work.
Credit Consultants will rip you off. I mean the "BOBs" have what? A yellow corvette, an orange corvette, a yellow hummer, a orange hummer, a blue viper, a white lexus, and a freakin' silver benz!
P.S. I am not in debt... $trust fund thanks to my grandfathers hard work and all American spirit$
AND YES I DO ENJOY NON-PROFIT WORK
also... who chose the damn brown wall paper they used to remodel the bathrooms??

The Insider is an All American Citizen. Welcome to America, where people are always getting rich at the expense of others. I imagine you do all volunteer and non for profit work because your such an outstanding citizen. Yeah right...you sound like someone who got themselves in debt and want someone else to take the blame, as well as fix your problem for free. As someone with extensive knowledge in the debt settlement industry, the graduation rate is low because the people in the program do not have the discipline to complete the program, because they can't manage their finances, which is why they joined a debt settlement program to begin with. By the way l-u-x-u-r-y not l-u-x-e-r-y, your inability to spell correctly causes you to lose just about all of the credibility you claim to have.

CC employee is upper management and insists on candy coating the program... if you are interested in doing business with us maybe you should inquire about our "graduation" percentage. Not so good. I won't give you an exact number but let's just say it is below 5% . Companies like ours are taking advantage of the countries poor economic condition and people dealing with severe financial hardship. So while people with hospital and credit card debt are going without food on their table, the owners of this company are going on joy rides in their many luxery cars and buying 1000 gallon fish tanks. If you are going to claim to offer help to your fellow americans... please sincerely do so.

Saw these posts, thought I'd comment on a few things...
1. If you should receive a call from our company or any like us, asking us to not call is the best way to stop us from trying to reach you. We have a very strict policy our reps are required to follow to ensure non interested partoes aren't called again- we don't want to bother people, and we also don't want to waste our time.
2. Several posts on this site are completely incorrect. We receive our call information from lead vendors who get the information through online forms completed by a consumer. We are very strict about this- we only use vendors that use verified onlline form submissions. If you are getting called by us, you or someone else placed your contact information on an online form. If it isn't you, letting us know will fix the problem. However, many lead vendors sell this information to more than one party, which means you may get calls from a few different companies. If any one company calls after you have requested they stop, take down their name and ask to speak with a manager.
3. The numbers "Insider" includes above are correct. However, our average client pays between 70-80% of what they owed when they started when they are done with our program, all fees included. We are a for-profit company, but our goal is to ensure our clients' success in everything we do. Compared to other debt relief systems (Consumer Credit Counseling, Bankruptcy, etc.) Debt Settlement is far more time and cost effective, and has less creidt impact that many other options. It's not for people who simply want lower payments though- it's for epoeple who realize they have a significant financial hardship. HWOEVER, if you do choose top pursue debt settlement, please ensure you review the company's record with organizations like the BBB, TASC, and USOBA.
4. In summary- if you wish for calls to stop from our company or any other comapny that calls you, simply let us (them) know. We don't want to bother anyone, but we do want to ensure we reach the people that need our help.
Thank you.

This company charges a 39 monthly fee + 20% of total debt amount + 10% of what they save you when they settle the account. while on the program your accounts fall behind and your credit is destroyed. you over pay for them to negotiate... which means they take advantage of settlement offers you would have received in the mail if they had not redirected your creditor mail.......

1) The do not call list only prevents companies from picking up a phone book and "cold calling".
They have found loopholes around this process. They "partner" with other merchant's that you might do business with, or they purchase lists from other merchant's and then contact you on the premise that you gave them permission to call you via thier "partner site".
2) Internet Guerilla Warfare: Anyone who is your enemy that knows your information...name, address, phone number, etc can go online and submit your information to an infinite number of online provider's resulting in you being called, e-mailed, and even snail mailed magazines, books, or even services that you don't know anything about. Naturally, you start getting the bill's for these goods and services as well.
And when you call to dispute these bills...the provider's are all too quick to say well "you applied.." "You gave us permission.."...yadda yadda yadda.
Welcome to the information age.
It's a new form of Identity theft with 1 exception: the "thief" doesn't gain monetarily in this case...they do however gain in harassing you..ex's, former employee's, competitor's, etc.
1 way to stop these people is to file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau in Stateline, Nv. and Columbus, Oh.; Fax a letter into the listed fax 3 above instructing them to remove ALL of your information immediately; lastly, contact the local sheriff's dpt's of both cities and file a harrassing communications complaint against the company and include your fax letter as evidence that the offender has been told, in writing to cease and decist any and all communications.
If the offender does call you again, after filing a police report, then you have grounds to have people arrested and for civil litigation as well.
Once you start sending these idiots to jail and hitting them inthier wallets, then they will leave you alone.

I get phone calls to my cell phone at least 4-5 times a day. I don't answer out of state calls that I don't know. There's never a message and if this continues I will seek "Telecommunication Harrassment" charges.
Kevin 2011-06-06 20:52:37 Unknown
I get called at least once a day from this company. No message, just hangs up. Anybody know what this company is all about ?
Melissa 2011-06-06 20:52:37 Unknown
Calls multiple times a day and does not leave any messages. It is very annoying! I have to turn my ringer off and risk the possibility of missing important calls.
Robert Magill 2011-06-06 20:52:37 Unknown
I keep getting calls from this phone number AND I WANT THEM TO STOP. They never leave a message and my caller ID only displays a number and not a company name.
