I am on the DNC, and had previously put this caller on my phone's reject list, yet somehow they still get through.  Returned call and agrily informed the that I am on the DNC and would be reporting them.

When I filed an FCC complaint (not on this phone number) the FCC mailed me a letter, saying, "If you want tp file a complaint....."      That's your gov't dollars at work!!   I am on the Do Not Call list.  No one pays attention to that - in fact the calls have come much more frequently.

Got one call even though I'm on the Do Not Call registry....no message.
You can file a complaint with the FCC....go to the fcc.gov webpage, there's a blue button at the top banner to "Take Action - Comment, Complain, Discuss"....that may be more effective than these online blogs.

How can these companies blatantly ignore the law about DNC?  Why aren't they fined?

I didn't pick up this call, but it left a few words of a message "...to be removed."

Do not call them back or answer.  That verifies that the phone number is a "good number".  Just report them at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx .

R2J2 is just another rip 'n read marketing firm making money off of your interview.  Just hang up, they'll eventually leave you alone after 4-5 tries.

614-407-5605 called my cell phone and left no voice mail. My cell phone is on the DNC list and I never give it out to anyone except family and friends, so how did they get my cell number?

They called my cell phone on Thursday March 28th.  They didn't leave a message.

Is Google as the provider of the number you set up the source of the problem (available to telemarketers) and not the FTC?
