Continue to get harassing telemarketing calls from this company. Card Services employees just hang up on you if you ask them to remove you from their calling list.

Got robo call from this number selling services. Please if you are on the do not call list report these ashh)les to the FTC. What they need is more fines so they stop calling. Robo calls are against the law. Get justice.

I just received a call from this number and of course, I declined it because I didn't recognize the caller.  I get on average about 4 calls per day from scumbags like these.  I too have filed complaint after complaint after complaint, but nothing ever changes.  I can't block my calls, but I add them in my contacts as 'SPAMMERS' and when that comes up, I just hit decline.

Just got a call from this number. I just switched from an iPhone to Droid, within the last month and it appears this is a very common problem for AT&T and droids... never experienced this problem with my iPhone all of 6+yrs.. won't go back though.. Love the droid... Just added this jack*** to my block list, and keep on moving..

This person had a pre recorded message and then I waited asked them to recive me and they Hung up on me .

Ditto!  Same here.  I have registered NUMEROUS phone numbers with the same complaint.  At least twice a week and the so called Do Not Call Registry just sits on their thumbs and twiddles them.  Useless.  How do we go about filing a complaint about them?

I just received a call from this number but no one was there after I waited 10 seconds. This must be a robo call and I will report it as spam. It's simply awful to receive this crap and the company should be ashamed.

I just received a call on my cell phone from this number.  When I answered the call but there was no one there.  After 15 seconds I hung up.  Next I checked the internet for reports on this number and saw that others are having problems with calls from this number.  I added this number to my blocked calls list on my phone.

I am so sick of getting these intrusive calls every day. I have registered my numbers with the so called " Do Not Call Registery" only to read on their site that they do sell the numbers to these parasite companies to bother us all. What is the FCC doing about this? Nothing! Another waste of our tax payer money!!!!

How did they get my mobile number? Not happy to be randomly called by an addiction assistance number. How can this be shut off?

This is an addiction hotline. I called and, after a long pause, there's an automated message that said verbatim, "Thank you for calling. We understand your need and are here to help you. Press 1 to speak to an addiction specialist who will assist you in finding the help you need. If you feel like you've reached us in error, simply press 2 to be removed from our calling list."

Not pressing anything ends the call.
Pressing 1 connects you to a person who safeguards the company information.

A guy named John answered and asked if I'm seeking help for addiction. When I said, "no," he asked if I'm seeking help for a friend who has an addiction. When I said, "No, I'm wondering why I got a phone call," he offered the reasoning that someone may have entered the wrong information. Judging by his verbiage and inflection, it sounded like it could've either been an intentional or accidental error. He then verified my number and hung up without answering any of my questions or offering any assurance that I would not be bothered again.

Called early this morning. Did not answer as I did not recognize the number. Must be a relatively new number for these idiots as there are very few reports on it in various web sites. Must be really boring in Ohio to be calling people without leaving a message.
