Here's what I do whenever I know for certain one of these calls is coming in (seeing it on my Caller ID). In my deepest most commanding voice I say "STATE POLICE, WHAT'S YOUR EMERGENCY?" That usually shuts them up right away and they usually don't call back. Sometimes these IDIOTS will not even hear what you've just said, so you will need to be ready to engage them in some tough conversation, again pretending that they reached a state police number and make them realize that they're in BIG TROUBLE for calling. Threaten them if you have to!  Works for me!

Our Company Line receives several calls throughout a day from this # and 800-848-9380, which are one and the same.  There is more information reported on the 800 # on this site, take a look if you haven't already.
The 614 # there is never anyone there, the 800 # they ask for the owner by first name only, non professional, refuse to leave a message and say they will call back.  Well they sure do, several times a day!  Exhausting!

I have been trying to work with Chase for four years.  They will do absolutely nothing, and when I question anything they either hang up on me or blame the government.  But just recently, I received a call from 614-422-4215.  The lady that was on the other end was telling me information that was contradicting to my account.  When I made a comment I am not doing anything, until Chase decides to work with me, she hung up on me.  I believe this number is a scam and somebody is imposing as Chase to make some money.  Granted Chase is a terrible, inconsistent, rude, and uncaring, company, the phone call listed above had a totally different approach to things then all of the  previous calls I have been dealing with in the past four years.

I hired an attorney and Chase lawyers ignored the motions filed in court to settle my foreclosure. Recently, a different set of attorneys for Chase file papers showing the original mortgage note. The problem Chase has in Florida is Robo Signing of contracts. My lawyers happen to be at the forefront on this issue. I tried to work a loan modification with Chase on three occasions. They sat on the paperwork and had me REFILE the paperwork. On another occasion, Chase did not consider my monthly expenses as it had done earlier to determine what I could pay. I lost about $7-8,000 of income while still working at the same job. I had my house built and lived in it and paid my mortgage fo 9 years without a problem. Chase, or more specifically, their personnel, are not interested in doing the right thing. I am not looking to shirk my responsibility. All I want is an opportunity to get things right. None of the calls result in a message being left. It may be a scammer disguising as Chase. So, who really knows. One thing is certain: Chase never sends me anything in writing and uses go-betweens to effectuate the process of creating a loan modification. The last go-between was informed that I have an attorney. The go-between told me that once a homeowner has an attorney, Chase discontinues contacting the debtor. How could Chase not know that I have an attorney? It could only be because of incompetence or a desperate effort to clean up its books on mortgages for which they are not collecting payments. In either case, their actions disclose incompetence on a massive level within their organization.

Did you know that you can send a "Cease and Desist" letter to Chase yourself, telling them that you do not give them permission to call you any more, regarding any loans or attempts to collect? Each Chase function has its own "cease and disist' address to send such letters to, so call Chase to get the right one(s) for you - mortgage, credit cards, business loans, etc.

It works.

Constantly harrassed by Chase Bank regarding foreclosure.  There are 3 or 4 different phone numbers they call from.  They never leave a message and they call about 10 times a day.  They are a bunch of criminals.  Thank God for caller ID.  I refuse to talk to them.

I've received numerous missed calls from this number. No message has been left. I called back and was told that the number is no longer valid.I was given a toll free number. I dialed that and reached Chase. I have a mortgage that is current. I've not been late but for the last 6 months they have been calling and harassing me. I don't know why. I've confirmed that my mortgage isn't behind and asked them not to call but the next month they call again. I've got a letter started to Mr. Diamon, Mr. Obama, my states attorney general. I need to complete and send off.

I also have had to deal with these incompetent bloodsuckers.  After receiving billions of our taxpayer $$ in fraudulent coerced "bailout" funds, (no questions or acountability asked) they can't even run any kind of efficient record keeping/data tracking/customer service.  They are completely disorganized, along with all the fraudulent activity they have so far successfully engaged in at the American citizens expense.  The final and ongoing insult to every hard working, struggling American is that they turn around and reward themselves with huge mega bonuses - and for what?  They had failed (they said) and were going under, etc.etc. and needed to be rescued, and why?  Now they get rewarded for their failure, and even more - big bonuses!  If any small business or ordinary person made such errors, they would have to pay the price, but not the lords of the universe.  As far as I am concerned, they are devils, and I am not particularly religious, but I know evil when I see it.

Got a call from this morning today and have been getting calls from Chase Mortgage on I believe that 800 number as well. I talked to some out of country guy and told them that they have the wrong number, that it's probably someone who had my number prior to me, they apologized, but I'm still getting calls!

614-422-4215 called my cell phone. No voice message left so I didn't know who it was until I looked it up on line. I have also got one from 800-848-9136 that has an automated operator asking me to please hold the line for an important message. It was never identified as a Chase number but all of the commercials were for mortgage lending. It finally came back and said "we're sorry but there are no operators available, we will try and call later".

I get messages left for a woman's name (Rosetta or something like that) saying that they need a call back (which I do not do).  When I answer the phone live, it's always the same female operator calling, and she asks for the person.  I have told her several times now that the person does not live here, but she keeps calling.  The caller ID shows it as JPMorgan Chase.

Yea, it's a Chase number alright. They don't ever leave a message. I believe it is by policy, since they are calling in regards to mortgage issues. They are calling me due to an investment property that I stopped paying them on. It is, or should be, an auto-dialer, meaning a computer is calling and when they hear a live voice on the other end the call is transferred to a live person.

I have been getting calls from this number and two tollfree numbers ( 800-848-9380 and 800-848-9136, both Chase numbers ) for some lady named Geradine T. who apparently owes money on a mortgage. They have been calling for about 3 weeks now. I have tried to explain to them that I am not Geraldine T., but as soon as I say that they hang up. I called the 614 number and was put on hold, I think they are hoping I will just hang up. After about 10 minutes she came back on and said "Hello" I said Yes, I am still here. " then she hung up on me. NICE....
