I would like to thank whoever created this thread. I did a google search for Chad Evers and it popped up. Chad has helped me re-finance in the past and is the most genuinely helpful loan officer I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. He is honest,hard working and will explain to you just about everything if you are like me and unaware of a lot of procedures and the lingo bankers use.
If you called him to tell him about these calls 6 or 7 times a day,I can assure you he will be all ears and will do his utmost to have it stop.

If you have spoken to your telemarketers, they did not listen. I had another call this morning and the "gentleman" wanted to speak to my husband, who is unable to talk. I then asked if I could help him with something. When I told the guy that, he hung up on me! Nice...

I want to apologize to everyone that has posted a complaint on this site.
I am a manager at American Bank and was not aware that our Marketing Team had created complaints from the number of phone calls.
We have been working with a new phone company and dialing software and it seems we have not worked out all of the bugs.
We have made what we hope to be the necessary changes to eliminate the over-calling.
We are a Federal Bank and our goal was never to harass anyone but to earn peoples business.
Again I am sorry- and please contact me directly if this happens again.

Couldn't agree more with the above people. They will not stop calling my home phone or my cell phone. I had 4 calls on my cell yesterday and 7 calls on my home and they are still calling after I told them to put me on their "DO NOT CALL LIST". How do I get rid of this gum on my shoes!

Would agree, my wife asked to be taken off of thier list and they refused. Instead they asked if I made the decisions and would she give them my cellphone. If they are not polite when they start a sale, there is no way that they will be good partners during a sale.

Relentless is being modest....they are calling me 6-7 times a day! Everyday! And they do not leave a voicemail. There's no way I'd re-finance with them now.
