I got a text msg stating:  BANK ALERT:  Your CARD is INACTIVE.  Please call 574=205-0234.  I have no inactive cards.  Few of them so easy to keep track and check up on.  Sure would be nice to get custody of those using phones and numbers in this manner, in a private and secluded location, of course.  My choice of weapons and methods to change their behavior, of course.

I saw this number on my missed calls 3 days ago. They never called back. Just today I got 2 calls from 614-947-0108. I answered the first one and after several seconds of silence someone said I had filled out an online medical survey. I knew I hadn't so I immediately hung up. They tried calling again a few hours later but I didn't answer. It sounds like it's the same company as the 614-574-0234 calls.

They called from my area code so I answered thinking it wouldn't be a scam call. I said hello twice and they hung up. A lot of complaints are from Ohio so that may be part of the deal-they are calling people in or near the area code of the landline they are using. You see a number that appears local so you might answer.

according to whitepages.com this is a landline from groveport, oh from one communications.

I got this too. i asked if anyone was there multiple times thinking it was a coworker or something. heard something muddled when i checked to see if i had answered and they hung up. it was only 8 seconds. weird. how did they get my number?

Just got a call.. they hung up immediately when I told them I didn't fill out a survey.

It's a phishing scam for sure. Mergis Group is aware of it and trying to put a stop to it. I spoke with their PR Director just now and she apologized for the misleading job posting.

I just received a call from this number. The guy stated that he was calling because I filled out an online survey. I told him I was at work and not able to talk. He said "Oh good," and just kept on talking. I tried to tell him again that I was not able to talk but he wouldn't shut up to listen, so I hung up...lol! I definitely won't be answering from this number again!

I just got this call as well.  Felt off to me, and the guy couldn't tell me what he was talking about, except he was "matching people up with job opportunities"

Tried to tell me he was in Orlando, FL. Gave me the same speech that I filled out an online survey for Job opportunities. Wanted information. When I questioned him he balked. He gave his name as Joseph Peters. IT IS A SCAM!

I got the same phone call just 5 minutes ago.  Said I filled out an online survey and that I could win a walmart gift card.  He said the survey was part of a job search.  Sounded like a radio show host.  I told him I did not fill one out and to remove my phone from their list.

When I picked up the phone there was silence on the other end. After a couple of seconds, I heard an automated female voice say, "goodbye" and that was it.

My caller ID said "OH, USA".

Spam trying to recruit defendants for a class action lawsuit against certain drugs.   They ask if you or anyone you know took these drugs and if so, to call a number.    Neither I nor anyone I know have taken any of the drugs listed, so this is pure spam.

Male caller said he was calling because I recently filled out an on-line survey. I asked what survey and he couldn't answer. He didn't know who he was calling but said he could get me signed up for a profile anyway. For a job search or something. Said I wasn't interested. Not sure how he got my number or what he was really going to use my info for.

Called ID showed this #. No voice when I picked up.
