(614) 715-3900 IS a voicemail service. You have to know the person's extension to hear the message by him or her and to leave a message for him or her. It is not a scam.

I just got this call myself. There was no answer when I picked up but I could hear the delayed echo of my own voice... eerie...

This number has been calling us for YEARS... "Anna from the moving company" recorded message. I have no idea how to stop them.
Do they actually get business this way?

Bounced to voicemail, left no message. Tried calling back, got a prompt to dial an extension. Dialing 0 does nothing. Google points shows a number of listings for unrelated things from people seeking faith-based loans to Ron Paul propaganda.

Scroll to the bottom. Those extensions seem to work.
I suspect it is a voicemail service.
