They have called me twice this morning. Once from this number and then one similar to it. Back to back all the while trying to have a phone conversation with my sister on a death in ye family. Very rude and inconvenient for me. Had to stop several times just to answer only to find nothing but being and silence. Then came on a speaker telling me to not hang up well to bad I did. I think they are calling back now....Yes that is them. This needs to end NOW.

I've been getting calls from this number and other similiar 614 #s  2x/day for the past week.  No one ever leaves a message.  I've tried blocking one number but then another one calls.

How you can block them? I need to learn. Please.

i also continue to get calls from these people let me fill you in on info:  this is Comenity Bank out of Ohio. why they are calling who knows or who cares..the point being, if you really want to stop the b/s and get this stopped for everone you need to take this a step further.. contact or file a complaint against them or you can keep calling their c/s hotline and leave some appropriate v/m. this bank is federally regulated so you need to contact the following of choices: fdic @ www.fdic.gov,  federal reserve consumer help @ www.federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov or call complaint board @ 888-851-1920..YOU HAVE A VOICE AND OPTIONS USE IT AND THIS B/S WILL STOP... LET'S MAKE THESE AGENCIES DO THEIR JOB!  p.s. i am also on a do not call list

I'm constantly receiving calls from this number & when answered, I get nothing. No messages are left either.

Comedity Bank who manages card for Lane Bryant. First thought was fraud but when called customer svcs for card today found out was real. Because missed ONE payment I have late fee of $35 and they call every hour on the hour from 8am-9pm daily until my payment posts. Never mind I've never missed a payment in my life until this one and they didn't call until I did and won't reverse the fee. They don't care why it happened. Just have automated call until you pick up, ask you to hold, then connect you with someone who acts fraudulant asking you to give your personal info. NOT! Paying off my peddly balance and shutting off card! And calling customer svc.doesn't help either. They just do what they can do get you off phone. I say pay your card off and don't support them making money off of you!

Comenity Financial handles Victoria Secret Credit Cards also. They call non-stop and do not leave messages. I would guess their collection people make commission on the amount of outgoing calls they make since they don't seem to care if they get a return call regarding the balance in question.

comenity bank collections.. they call multiple times a day using a variety of numbers in ohio, colorado, kansas.. area codes 614, 913, and 303. they always call very early in the morning (i have had them call before 8am.. they called at 830 this morning, which is a saturday) or late at night. they do not leave a message. i have blocking on my phone so i have a long list of their numbers that are blocked that belong to them.

This number is from Commenity Bank. My card with them is Lane Bryant. They say I missed a payment but I paid in full last month. Trying to figure out what happened.

There's not much I can add other than I do NOT have any kind of relationship, "express" or otherwise, with this "bank" or the retailers it represents and I do NOT want one!  Nor have I given the number they are calling to any commercial enterprise.  

I, too, have tried to identify and dispose of these robo calls, which have been slamming me for months, but there was no message left until recently.  That message sent me to an 800 number which goes nowhere unless I enter my account number (I don't have one!)  or I give them my SSN (!!!).  

I left a message with "customer care" from the 800 number on Comenity Bank's website but have never heard back.  

I did find that Comenity Bank is listed on the Better Business Bureau website where it has an A+ rating (can you believe it?).  I have filed a complaint.

My company received 10+ calls a day to our front desk from 614-729-6034 for several days, callerid said "Comenity".  The caller hung up as soon as the Operator spoke.  They reported it to the I.T. department, and had the # blocked by our phone system.

Get a call from this number on my employers main phone line several times a day, pick up and they just hang up.

Who is this unknown call and why are they telephoning me all day on a Sunday?

614-729-6034. This number has called me four to five times a day from 8AM to 9PM for the past week.  I do not have a credit card with them.  They come up as Comenity on ID.  I don't answer and they leave no message.

pretty sure  this is a Comenity Bank number. they handle retail credit cards like the Buckle, American Eagle. etc.
But they never leave a message and call more than 10x  a day.

I have received several calls from this number (614-729-6034) and comes up on the caller ID as "COMENITY".  I don't answer ... they don't leave a message.
