I submitted an online request to be returned by email for an estimate for service.  I proceeded to get a call from this number. As I am in Ohio I did pick up the number, but when I talked to the guy he told me they didn't service my area.  I then called the local office and they said they do. If this is a central calling office or whatever, they need to get their facts right. Yes my area is serviced. I do not know if I will use their service.

I did an online estimate request as well with a specific request to be contacted via email.  My request was OBNOXIOUSLY ignored and I received 5 calls, with no voicemail in a 20 minute time period.  I finally picked up the call and just set the phone on my desk and let them talk to no one.  This left an extremely bad taste in my mouth and I will be doing my best to put this in every review I can find on Molly Maids.It has been 5 minutes since then and have not recieved another call yet......fingers crossed

Same here -- I requested a quote -- put DETAILED information on how to contact me.... Clearly the do not even read the quote request and just start auto-dialing....POOR BUSINESS practice!  Won't be using them!!

Same number just called me three times within 5 minutes. Also went online and asked for a quote. I won't do business with an out of state auto call system. If this business is "to big" to have a nice local representative all me then they are too big for my small house. Ohio number and I live in Michigan. Nope.  None of the below choices for call type really fit. Not too sure what a SMS is.  I chose telemarketer even though I did initiate the contact from online.

I also submitted an online form to request a quote. This was today at 9:10am. I specifically wrote in the comments section that I am a WAHM mom with an infant, so to please email and not call. I then got a call from an unknown Ohio number at 9:12, 9:25, 9:36, 9:48, and 10:02. I then looked up the number online and realized it was Molly Maids. I called them at 10:06 and voiced my complaint as they had interrupted my job and disrupted my sleeping infant. I told the nice rep to remove me from the list and tell whoever came up with the automated system that they had cost them a customer. She apologized and told me she'd take me off the list. I then received another call at 10:15. This time I answered, and the new rep was not as nice. She blamed the automated system and said that it may take some time to be removed from the call list. I reiterated that I was no longer interested. Absolutely terrible business practice!

Yes, I can confirm that this is Molly Maids. I asked for an online quote on January 1, 2013. If someone from the local office decides to call me, I will answer, but I won't talk to someone 1000 miles away.

This number they kept calling me from was an Ohio number and I live in Texas.  I found out it was Molly Maids.  Why they were calling me so many times from an out of state number and not leaving a message is unknown.  Anyway, I finally talked to someone there and they told me that the next time I get their call to just tell them I already spoke with someone.  I did that.  Hopefully now they will stop calling b/c they literally called 4 times in the last 30 minutes.

This number is Molly Maids.  I went online looking for a cleaning estimate from a number of different companies.  They called from this (out of state) number, so I didn't pick up.  They proceeded to call me SIX times in a 2 hr period without ever leaving a message.  I went online, found out it was them, so when they called AGAIN, I picked up.  When she told me who she was I asked why she called so many times w/o leaving a message.  She informed it was an automated system that keeps calling "a certain number of times" before telling the caller to leave a message.  This is completely ridiculous, and I will never use their service, and I advise everyone else not to either.  They could do the best job for the lowest amount of money, but this kind of practice is awful.  Feel free to pass on this information to everyone you know.

Ive recieved 3 calls from these people in the last 5 minutes.  I answer and they hang up, so I didnt answer and they dont leave a message!
