Got a call and a VM in spanish.  I could not understand it.

Continuosly call, cant understand them, tell them they have the wrong number and they continue to call back.  SEVERAL times a day!!!

Keep leaving me messages that its urgent but never says who it is

Number answers as "Automotive Financial Services"

Left a message on my phone today, left a four digit number on my voicemail. When I called back the woman, who I could barely understand, said she was with FORD AUTOMOTIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES. This of course after I asked who she was with after she asked for my account number, name and social. When I told her I didn't have a Ford, she said is there someone at your home that does? I said no and I wanted taken out of their database. She said that was impossible without an account number or social security number. Then she said it was probably someone who had this number before me. I've had this number for like 7 years! I think it's a scam because if someone throws out "Ford", what, 7 out of 10 people probably have one? They're bound to get something from it. I think it's a scam.

Got a recorded message when I answered sawing to please hold.  I hung up.  Caller ID said Tennessee Call

This is Ford credit calling.  If you have a loan through them and become even 10 days late they will call you 5-6 times a day.

I don't have an account with FMC & never have, but I have a dear friend who does & they called me looking for my friend.  Times are very tough and my friends car is a money pit.  It is in the shop more than on the road, but she is struggling to honor her agreement with them & pay for this hunk of junk.

Times are tough for all families and individuals.  FMC has a business to run & they cannot be concerned with the human factor.  The human factor is still there.
